This has a nice wide band with velcro that will fit any waist size, it offers pulse and full massage to loosen muscles and provides heat as well. My husband is on his feet all day for work and he ca n't wait to put this on when he arrives home. We live on a farm and I am out feeding animals and lifting hay and water buckets daily and this helps my lower back as well. It gives a complete relaxing relief feeling to his back after a long day. Two vibration modes 2. Heat which is really important in massage therapy 3. It ’s light weight which it makes it easy for travel 4.
