This hat is great! I 've owned it for about a year now and it has still held up very well in the Florida heat! Me and the family go on a yearly trip to Orlando and the amusement parks down there can get HOT in July! This hat is a great addition for daily wear for hours on end and tens of thousands of steps later on peak south Florida humid summer days. It does a great job keeping the sun out of the eyes, is very lightweight and breathable. No concerns if it gets wet in the pop up downpours, or you can purposely wet it and it can keep you cool that way as well. I strongly suggest pairing this with sunglasses and sunscreen as well, but this is probably one of the more important things to pack. If you plan on being outdoors in the summer heat and sun for hours on end, this is the one to keep a cool head per se! 5 stars very happy with this.

[ I do n't like a lot of weight on my head because I suffer from chronic migraines. I love how much sun protection this hat offers for so little weight. I also love the structure of the hat. I had another brand hat that was lightweight, but it was very floppy. It just did n't hold any kind of shape. I have had other hats with nice structure, but it was a lot of weight on my head. I have a smaller head, and even adult size small can be too big for me. This children's size large sun hat is great. Classic lines and look, while also feeling like great quality. It ’s comfortable and my new go- to sun hat. I found it to be too big at first. But used the interior adjustment to find a perfect fit. I ’ d probably have picked out a slightly smaller overall hat, if trying them on and finding something that fit me without any adjustments. But I ’ m glad I have this one, since the( slightly) larger design is probably a better look for me, anyway( I ’ m 6 ’ 3 ” 260 so too small a hat probably looks weird on me). So it all worked out well!
