5 Craig S.
These are a great fit. Very Comfortable and stylish. I 've got some big thighs and they have room but no too much room. Thanks

5 MACyoda
These are my favorite, the BEST 👍🏻 pants ever! They BREATH so they are very comfortable in summer and for walking. Also, ASTONISHINGLY lightweight while how they fit and feel is like genes, accept more flexible, extremely lightweight, and my dog can ’ t scratch them up no matter how much she tries 🐕!

5 Jerel
Comfortable, functional, durable. Work, hike, or play, they work! I ended up buying them in each color. I normally wear a 36w but had to buy these in 38w.

5 Connor
I 'm so glad I did n't order these online, I opted to try on my normal size at a local retailer and they were crazy tight, like early 2000s skinny jeans. I then tried on 2 sizes up from my regular waist size and they fit nicely with a belt. If you work out and have thighs and glutes that are semi- built order a size or two up in the waist for mobility. As far as quality goes, I like the thickness and rigidity of the material, definitely a nice resistant fabric.

5 Scott in Arizona
AP Pants- Really great quality, fabric and cut but mine ran long. I am 6- 1, 195 with 35 ” waist and the 36/34 size was way too long. I ’ ll exchange them; they ’ re worth the money and seem very functional, very well made.

I wore these pants constantly on a recent around the world trip and they were brilliant! Comfortable, stylish, flattering and perfect for Travel. As soon as we got home I ordered another pair in a different color. Love them! My only comment is that it would be helpful to have a size chart in the website.

5 Jorean
MH Dynema pants are my absolutely favorite hiking pants that frequently carry over into my everyday life in warmer weather since they are so comfortable. I love that I can adventure in them, take them to work, or take a nap in them. As a petite person at 5', the ankle length fit me perfectly and the blackberry color is beautifull

5 ggbee
I already have three of these pants because they are so comfortable to wear hiking and for pickleball. Also, they look great for heading out to dinner or gathering with friends, going to the grocery. Heck, I wear them all the time and another color was just what i needed.

5 KandTillie
Been very happy with these pants. I work in a school and these pants move around the classroom with comfort.

5 2sibermom
I have purchased 3 other colors of this particular pant in the past and have come to appreciate how soft and comfortable they are. They are able to have a polished look with a nice jacket or sweater but are also super comfy with a tee or sweat shirt. I particularly love them for travel- comfortable and neat- looking. They wash well and are more durable than they seem they should be- though I 'd probably not bushwhack in them or subject them to abrasive terrain. They are good for 3 season use- all but snowy winter months. They also fit my curvier figure- so might be a bit baggy on very slender, straighter frames. I typically wear a size 6 or curvy size 4, and wear a Small in these pants, as a reference. Love these.

5 JMT Backpacker
Amazing pants. Have worn these on the John Muir Trail the last two years. Great slightly baggy fit that breath really well and don ’ t bind on the knees when having to step up large rocks. Highly recommend after having worn for multiple trips and after having tried many other brands, these pants are my go to. Also wearing the Trail Sender shirt after being so happy with these. I 'm normally a size 32( male, 6 ’ 2 ”, 192lbs) wear a 34 to allow for a little extra room in the thigh. Easy to adjust with the built in belt/tie.

5 Johnny
Perfect fit! Great material with great design equal the perfect pants. Light and yet feeling solid.

5 Hezy
Very light pants think best pants in these range- bought 4 color of those pants

5 z4a
Great improvements from last year. I liked the trail sender shorts from last year and these improve on the previous version in several ways. First, the best thing about the previous version is the ultra lightweight ripstop fabric and how well it performs in hot weather- the only comparable pants I ’ ve found in weight are the Patagonia Terrebonne joggers, and these are somehow feel even cooler in hot( 90+ F) humid weather. The new 2024 version feels like it has the same fit, but improves on some annoyances from last year: 1. The waistband is slightly elastic, which is more comfortable from previous near 0 stretch 2. The pockets are deeper and the zip pocket has been moved from the front thigh to the side hip. This is a big improvement where your phone no longer barely fits in the pocket or runs up against your hipbone when sitting 3. The construction feels higher quality and more premium. Too early to tell on how durability will compare but definitely feels like it ’ ll perform better Very happy with all the changes made!

I 'm a lover of hiking shorts with no built in belt or elastic waist. I still rock belts to hang stuff. The old ferrosi Outdoor research shorts were my jam. When those changed, I moved to Patagonia quandary. Now those have changed and these Basin trek are my favorite. I like em long with the 9in length.

5 Kons
Great shorts, light, comfortable and durable. Fit true to size.

5 Kyle
[ Loving my new trek shorts. Very breathable, smooth material that gets the job done on a hot day hiking or just casually strolling around town!

5 dg
Currently my favorite shorts. They look good enough for everyday wear, and are light enough to be my go to for any outdoor adventure. They are waterproof so it saved me buying a new bathing suit. Only design issue is the zipper sticks out unless you remember to hide it.

5 badworker
lightweight fabric and sharp colors make these versatile enough for working out or dining out, either one. hard to beat. i 'd purchase more if you had the stock[ and additional colors].

I 've bought three pairs of these pants over the years. They are slim- fitting, a bit stretchy, and lightweight. Good for summer. They have some nice details like the pockets and cuff snaps, although honestly I do n't use either of those much. They are very slim fitting, so make sure you do n't order them too small in the waist. A lot of outdoor clothing companies make pants similar to these-- light, slightly stretchy, clean- looking and not too complicated. I think these are one of the better versions.

5 Brandon
Comfortable, nice color and excellent stretch throughout while bending and monovering

5 John
Excellent pants. Thought the 34x34 would be just long enough. Shrank just a little bit after the first washing and drying, and now they ’ re too short. Why don ’ t you make 36 ” inseams?

5 Tuna
Great pants. Fit well and durable. Heads up, the Ridgeline color looks brown online but is definitely more green in a brighter light.

5 Sierra
These pants are awesome. I ordered a large and then a medium because the sizing does seem to run on the larger side. I was comfortable in both, but ultimately decided to keep the medium. I usually am a size 10, athletic build, and I am 5'10. There was just too much extra fabric in the front and hip region in the large. I have been looking for a pair of pants like this for ages and this is the perfect pant.

5 Debbie P
These pants look great and very comfortable. Will order again in a different color.

5 Lynn58

Perfect to travel and every day in between! I ’ ve worn these pants Through Ecuador, Portugal, and many places in between. So versatile, they follow me through airports and travel and look fine for living in town. They require very little care and they last forever!

5 AGM
The most comfortable pant I own, especially for travel. The lack of a zipper and button closure make them so easy to pull up and down and comfortable to sit in. I ’ m 4 ’ 10 ” and 138lbd and wear a small that I had shortened.

These are perfect to have for cold dog walks, apres ski or run. They ’ re perfect. Run a little big but no complaints.

5 PNW Baddy
I hear a lot of reviews saying they are roomy in the butt and thighs… a dream for big butted adventurers like me! I typically struggle with adventure gear only working for athletic builds, but these fit great! I have a big waist to hip difference and there is a cinch to help keep the waist tight. The rise is great, goes up to my belly button. I got a size large so they wouldn ’ t be tight in the butt or thighs and they drape beautifully, with plenty of room for base layers. If you ’ re a curvy gal these are for you!

5 alb
I purchased these for a trip to Finland next January. I love the fit and feel of these pants, They are lightweight and stretchy, which will allow for ease of movement. Also, for traveling, they fit into a small packing cube. I think they will be excellent as a midlayer in Finland's winter temperatures. I was worried about which size to order, but I chose wisely with a Regular Large- I am 5' 2 '' 160 lbs- they fit perfect.

5 Bella
These are the absolute best pants for cold weather anything. They are warm, durable, comfortable, fit well, and just plain awesome!

The color looks even more premium in person than in the picture. I love the black stripe on the inner side of the pants, which acts like a contour for your legs, making the legs appear slimmer. The material is incredibly lightweight, dries quickly, and is perfect for water activities. The inseam is perfect for shorter legs. I 'm 5' 5 with a long torso and short legs, and the hem fits perfectly.

I bought a pair in blue& I love them! Immediately ordered 2 pair of the dynama high rise Bermuda shorts& love them, as well. Please come out with a capri length in this line!

5 emz_in_PNW
OK I have tried A LOT of different pants for outdoor climbing... these are hands down my# 1 favorites for warm weather. They are VERY stretchy and somehow quite durable- no tears and minimal piling after TONS of abrasive granite, limestone and tuff over the last year, and I 'm back ordering in another color. I love the high waist, the side pockets and that I can move so freely, including very high steps:) They are flattering, comfy and stay cool. I would size down if between sizes as the fit is loose. I would love to see some additional fun colors- teal, green etc.

5 AshP
Buy these, particularly if you 're a curvy outdoor gal! I bought two pairs a couple months ago and am now living in them, as the weather warms. Fabric is a little thin, but that's great for the warm, humid south. Biggest perk is that they work great on an active, but curvy figure. I ca n't do some of the other styles that are cut slim in the butt/thigh/hip area, but these look great and are super comfy.( For ref b/c it helps me, I 'm 5' 4 '', curvy, and wear medium Dynama products). I really hope MHW keeps making this style and adds colors, b/c it's now my fav of the Dynama line!

5 Gen
I 'm 5ft 2, 130lbs and wear an xs. The stretch is so comfy and the fit flatters my shape. The waistband is a little big but overall, I love them! Feels good to find a climbing pant that both fits my shape, is comfortable, and looks good!

Bought these as lounge and active pants because I do n't love super tapered joggers from other outdoor/active wear brands. These are by far my favorite pant in this category. The straight leg, knee gusset, and stretchy waist band are perfect. I sized up to a large due to thicker legs, but the regular length still fit as a 5' 8 '' male.

5 Clay
[ I wear these pants for climbing in the gym. They have surpassed my expectations. Especially in the durability category. These pants are stretchy, durable, and offer just the right features that make a pair of pants useful in the gym. I highly recommend them!

These bibs are amazing. You may think you would lose style/fit/quality with bibs, but you will be very pleasantly surprised and eager to hit the slopes and apres activities in your new bibs. There is waist/hip cinching system that you will love! They are extremely comfortable on, will not inhibit any moves and will add value to your day!! I 'm 5' 6 '', 127 lbs and have them in small/ short. The length is perfect, but if you are over 5' 6 '' and have long legs, go with the regular length.

5 Junebug
After being pleased with my MH shell, I decided to try these bibs and so glad I did. So far they 've been worn skiing and snowmobiling in various conditions, from 28 degrees and snowing 2 '' an hour, pouring rain, and cold dry single digit weather. The waterproofing is superior, and blocks the wind well enough. The fabric is comfortable and does n't feel constricting. I 'm 5' 2 '', about 130 lbs, with pretty beefy legs and butt. The medium short is definitely roomy, which is what I wanted to allow for layering and freedom of movement. I LOVE that there are options for length. This should be standard in the industry! The leg pockets fit a phone perfectly and have stayed waterproof. The chest pockets are more for sunglasses, chapstick etc, and not a phone, but you should n't have your phone right next to your beacon anyways. The zipper works well enough for peeing. It's a pretty easy process. Overall, this bib is just a great no- nonsense product that does exactly what you need it to do: Keep you dry and comfortable.

5 Bozemanmom
I 'm a long time snow professional. I bought these after an extensive search for bibs that are goretex, flexible upper, hinge seat to answer the call of nature- in nature, smart low bulk design. These fit the bill better than any AND they come in short, regular and tall inseam. I 'm in love.

4 hmb3d
I am 5'10 and based on the size guide I fit a small long. However, the main issue I had was that the torso was too short, even with the straps at maximum length. I do not believe these would fit someone taller than me unless they have a relatively short torso. The quality seemed great, but these bibs would be better if there was a front zipper or if the straps could be unhooked. At its current design, you have to lift the straps over your head which is almost impossible if you also have on a helmet. If the torso length could be adjusted along with the strap issue, this would be a five star product.

4 Flo
The pants have a great color and I like the quality of the fabric( both the pants and the `` chest '' fabric). They fit big. I 'm 5' 4, 135lbs and the medium are too big. However, the torso is too short for me( I ca n't tighten the straps to get a good upper body fit). Giving 4/5 because of the fit. Otherwise great product.

Excellent fit and cut. Maybe run a little tight in the waist and hips, slim through the leg. The new AP Active fabric is amazing. Its super soft, breathable, has great stretch. I am giving 4* because the front hip pockets are awkwardly short. I have a normal sized mobile phone and it wo n't fit in those pockets( or the rear pockets) vertically. Love the pockets. I ’ m 65 and sick of years and years and years of pants will no pockets or one tiny pocket. I can carry my phone, wallet, keys. Great for packing, too. 5/2 ” and they fit great. Although not cotton, even synthetics will shrink a little in a hot dryer, but not necessary with this pair.

PLEASE KEEPING MAKING THESE PANTS! I UNDERSTAND MOUNTAIN HARDWARE IS DISCONTINUING THIS STYLE. I love these pants. I have 4 pairs in various colors and am searching the web to get more. WHY SO GOOD( 1) Fit great. Not too loose. Not too tight. Hang well.( 2) Having the high rise waist is great; the pants stay securely in place while I move in any direction, at any speed.( 3) The horizontal zippered front pockets are an excellent style and security feature:( a) you do n't get that pocket gap pop- out that comes with non- zippered, angled pockets and( b) there's no fear that what you put in those pockets, like keys, will fall out.( 4) They are perfect for travel. Nice style, compact, easy to wash and fast to dry.

I bought a pair in XS in Choss a nice shade of brown. Beautiful fit and love the light fabric for the summer. For reference, 103lbs and 5' 3. I 'm going to hem them up a little so that they fall just above my ankles. I will be buying another pair in black soon.
