I have 2- I black that I 've put through the dryer, the other I 've hung dry. The one going through the dryer has got the pills( like others have mentioned). For me, they 've been indestructible. Expensive but the cost/benefit has been worth it. I 'm surprised that others have worn theirs thin- I use mine in the bush constantly and have been anything but gentle on them.

This Valley Twill fits very similar to the North Face Arroyo flannel… except this Valley Twill is about 1 ” shorter in the body. I will agree the fit is a tiny bit off, but the look is fantastic. I bought all three after day one in the blue shirt. The only real complaint I ’ ll have with it is how insanely wrinkled up they get in the wash. It ’s long iron job to bring it back to life. But, 🤷♂️. Big deal.

The orange is a great color- looks even better in real life than on the website. As another reviewer said, though- the sizing... I 'm well aligned with a small in the size chart( and typically am a small in shirts), but it's really really big on me in real life- even through the shoulders. Definitely order a smaller size than you would have thought.
