I am 5 – 10 and 190 pounds if I wanted more of a form fitting shirt I would have definitely went with a large. I typically wear xl in almost everything.

Going to buy a second one. Just came off the boat, was 35 degrees today in Ontario, not a cloud in the sky and it was hot. Was n't sweating and the shirt did n't stick to me at all, very breathable. Another great product from UA. Stylish too.
