I was not a huge fan of the low rise versions for coverage reasons and upon trying these on I fell in love. They have slightly more coverage, are super lightweight, beautiful colors, and they are great for strength training and running. Overall a great purchase for the spring/ summer. I ’ d recommend going a size up because they do fit slightly small but also because of the slit in the leg it would be easy to get away with going true to size if you are fine with a tighter waist band.

I like the hidden pockets better on the previous version, but I do n't use them all the time so not a big deal for me. I love the Chaser 5 ” shorts. They are so lightweight I don ’ t even notice them. I feel the 2. 0 are slightly smaller in the waist which is perfect for me. I am 5 ’ 4 and 110lbs. I had to cinch up the original to keep them up but the XS was too tight in the butt. The 2. 0 size small fit is much better. They are pricey, but last a long time. I average 50 miles a week running and the Chasers survive washing very well. I had a pair lose the logo off the leg, but the material looks perfect. Trust me, the price is worth it. I am looking forward to long hot summer runs!

Not sure why the bad reviews, but felt compelled to add a positive one. I absolutely love these shorts. I did size up to a medium, but they are super comfy and the length is perfect( a tad longer in the back than the front). Not all ladies like short- shorts. These were the perfect compromise between basketball length and shorties. Legs are loose allowing movement and, despite the other reviewer ’s opinion, I really like the waistband. I bought both colors and wish there were more. I also have to give kudos to the Tiro 23 match shorts. They are basically a shorter version of these, but still great comfort and quality. Well done Adidas!!!

I love these pink 3 inch shorts. The material is good quality and allows easy movement of the legs. I think they are very flattering. The size indicator chart had suggested getting a medium size but in fact they were too large so I had to size down. This may be something to consider. The service from New Balance regarding getting a smaller size was excellent.

They 're great for ALL activities, even casual running around town. I 've now hiked, boated, camped, kayaked, and just relaxed in these guys and they are truly perfect.
