I was not a huge fan of the low rise versions for coverage reasons and upon trying these on I fell in love. They have slightly more coverage, are super lightweight, beautiful colors, and they are great for strength training and running. Overall a great purchase for the spring/ summer. I ’ d recommend going a size up because they do fit slightly small but also because of the slit in the leg it would be easy to get away with going true to size if you are fine with a tighter waist band.

I love the Chaser 5 ” shorts. They are so lightweight I don ’ t even notice them. I feel the 2. 0 are slightly smaller in the waist which is perfect for me. I am 5 ’ 4 and 110lbs. I had to cinch up the original to keep them up but the XS was too tight in the butt. The 2. 0 size small fit is much better. They are pricey, but last a long time. I average 50 miles a week running and the Chasers survive washing very well. I had a pair lose the logo off the leg, but the material looks perfect. Trust me, the price is worth it. I am looking forward to long hot summer runs!

I love these pink 3 inch shorts. The material is good quality and allows easy movement of the legs. I think they are very flattering. The size indicator chart had suggested getting a medium size but in fact they were too large so I had to size down. This may be something to consider. The service from New Balance regarding getting a smaller size was excellent.

Hard to explain, but the two seams that should be above and below your lady business, they sit too far back causing the seam to go across your lady biz and your bum which just feels funny. Not sure why the bad reviews, but felt compelled to add a positive one. I absolutely love these shorts. I did size up to a medium, but they are super comfy and the length is perfect( a tad longer in the back than the front). Not all ladies like short- shorts. These were the perfect compromise between basketball length and shorties. Legs are loose allowing movement and, despite the other reviewer ’s opinion, I really like the waistband. I bought both colors and wish there were more. I also have to give kudos to the Tiro 23 match shorts. They are basically a shorter version of these, but still great comfort and quality. Well done Adidas!!!

These shorts( and a pair of Prana pants) are my favorite bottoms to wear and I have worn them in 12 countries( and counting), so they have had a LOT of wear. They are great for hiking, sight- seeing, and everyday use. I was worried about ordering them online without having the chance to try them on. However, their fit is great. I was also disappointed that when I ordered them the only color in my size was Earthtone. However, I am actually happy with the color and think it looks better in person. I have hand washed them, line dried, machine washed, and machine dried. They dry quickly, have a bit of stretch( which is great for being active), and did n't show the massive amounts of sweat in hot, humid climates. Honestly, these shorts have paid for themselves.
