The size guide was spot on and the shirts did exactly what we wanted them to do which was to stop their shoulder and elbow pads from pinching them. The benefit we did not know was it kept those pads from shifting during play. The shirts do not hold body odour after washing and they dry quickly so can be washed in a hotel sink and hung up to dry. Best long- sleeve top I ’ ve ever used. I wear this top for treadmill running and general workout exercises in my garage. It keeps me warm during cooler months and wicks away sweat when it ’s warmer. It ’s going to be an ideal extra layer during winter months. Being short( 5 ’ 3 ”) and of slight build, the small size top is marginally loose on me, nevertheless it is very comfortable to wear. The sleeves are long for my height, so I trimmed and sewed to a more suitable length. I am very pleased with this excellent top.
