I run a lot, but I have always had to deal with chaffing. I have bought these leggings for years. They are my go to. I have probably 10 pairs in my closet. I wear them under my running shorts. The fabric is under armor- y in nature, which allows for minimal resistance/stiffness with leg range of motion when running. These pants allow me to run daily without the added friction burns between my legs. Highly recommend

They aren ’ t `` Dri- Fit '' or moisture- wickering, so wearing them in warm weather did cause some sweating, but other than that, they are made with top notch, high quality fabric/material! They are a compressive fit, and runs small. I 'm normally a size medium, but had to order a size large. I love Nike Go leggings!!
