I ’ m about 41- 42 ” hips, and the pants definitely fit on the bigger side: adjustable tabs as tight as they get, and still easily go over jeans or multiple layers with plenty extra room. I at first bought a size small and they fit me like a glove, then returned for a medium so that I could wear them on top of my bottom layers for the day. The medium fit well with jeans and thermals under. The bottom of the pants have an elastic to go around your boot to keep snow from getting in your pants and boots and that seemed to hold up well despite me trucking along in several feet of snow.

I bought a size small because the medium was quite big. In cm, I am between 65- 70cm in waist and hips 100- 105cm. Fitted great, a bit tight at the beginning but with use got loose.
