Very well made slacks with soft 2. 5 inch elastic band that hugs my waist nicely. Surprised to find that the zipper is fake but with the elastic waist they slide down easily after undoing the clasps. The two clasps make the waistband lay nicely. The legs are roomy but not huge. The fabric is a bit stretchy and allow for bending and squatting with comfort. I usually wear an 8 and ordered a Medium. They were big and I believe a small would fit well. The attention to detail and finishing makes these slacks stunning enough to dress up but are comfortable and durable enough to do anything else in them.

I was kind of skeptical getting these considering the way the size is listed. Since I am tall, usually I have to be careful and most stuff is too short for the inseam length. I am 6 ’ 3 ” and 185lbs. I usually wear 33/34. These fit perfect! Glad I pulled the trigger and will definitely get more. Not too baggy and not too tight. [ I love, love, LOVE the fabric… it ’s soft and stretchy and comfortable on my skin. I love how it flexes as needed and then bounces back to the original shape. The only thing would be length… I ’ m 5 ’ 5 ” and a little too long for me… but I like pants big around my waist so maybe if I chose a more appropriate waist size, the length would be more appropriate. But for me, a 180lb 5 ’ 5 ” athletic built( yes fat but athletic) a little too long in the legs. But the elastic ankle cuff keeps it from being a real issue. LOVE these pants. Gon na buy more.

These pants should be illegal they 're so awesome. Spent 3 weeks in Asia trekking in either these or a pair of Swift pants. Only wish the pockets zipped, but that does n't detract from their comfort. They run a little more relaxed than other Icebreaker stuff; not baggy, but definitely roomier.
