I bought this so that I could take my phone on bike rides without needing pockets( or having to worry about it falling out). I was n't sure from the product information if my phone would fit, but my Galaxy A54 with a case on it fits just fine( barely, but it does fit). So, it's perfect for what I was looking for. Not too big or bulky. It does n't get in the way or flop around. It has a flap in it so you can also carry something else and not have it right up against the phone. It's pretty thin so you would n't want to try to put anything big in it, but a running gel or two should fit, and I could see using this for a longer race if you need to carry those.

I really needed a bag that allows me to hold all my important items, while still being organized. This bag has so many pockets and compartments that it does just that! There ’s a total of 3 zippered pockets, and my favorite is the hidden back pocket that can hold valuables. The main compartment has the loop to hold keys. There are also lil pockets inside the compartments to hold the smaller items like chap stick, ear buds, etc. The pack is adjustable and comfortable while wearing. The fabric on this waist pack can protect from rain and snow so I will be wearing this on walks, hikes, and even to grab groceries. Highly recommend!

OK, first of all I have always ran with a arm band. The issue I have with them is after running for long periods they start to squeeze your arm. I find myself switching arms mid run. I have now tried running with the SPIbelt and absolutely love it. It expands to my large smart phone with no issues and does not bounce. I would definitely recommend this to everyone.

Love this waistpack! It is NOT big and bulky like old- school fannypacks. It looks more like a belt when only your flat stuff( like i. d.& credit card) are in it. But it is stretchy, so I am able to fit my cell phone& keys in as well when I want to. Also, there is a good amount of adjustment. My waist is 40+ inches and I was able to adjust it to fit comfortably. Love it!. Would highly recommend. Would definitely buy again.
