I ride about an hour most days. It is nice to have both manual and preprogramed workouts. I would like it to store my workouts but not essential. It is fairly light and that is good as I can not leave it sitting in the middle of the floor always.

I use my elliptical every single day except Saturday. It causes for a great workout, a little time to myself in my home gym, and it's such a refreshing feeling when I 'm done.
