Bought this a few weeks ago and so far have been very satisfied. Wife and I use this treadmill for walking exercise so really ca n't review it for running, but for us it is the perfect home exercise equipment. It was rather easy to assemble by myself and only took about an hour and half to put together. Just take time to read instructions completely before beginning assembly. Our last treadmill lasted for over 15 years and hopefully with proper maintenance and care, this one will too.

You can run it on just turning it on and speed up an incline up and down of course if you do want the iFIT program that requires a membership, but I did not find that necessary. I bought this a little over a month ago. Was fairly easy to set up. The deck has some cushion, thus for someone that runs outside its taking some getting used to. I 've tried an elevation of 1 and now trying 1. 5 as my knees have started to hurt. Feel this is due my body not being used to running on a tredmill. Its certaily helped as the winter has been brutally cold. Purchased due to motor size and speed that it can push for sprint work. Screen is very nice. Did have 1x where it did not load properly, but may have been due to my internet signal. Wish it had a way to mount a ipad to watch HBO Max. Having Netflix, Spotify, and Amazon Prime Video is a plus. HBO Max would make it perfect.

I bought this to use with the Ethos Power Rack 1. 0 not knowing it was not meant for this rack. All in all it works, but the bar with pin holes is not long enough to fit both pins. Simple fix, pick up some thick cotter pins to use instead of the pins it comes with and it will fit perfectly. Balloon the cotter pin head so it does n't slide through the bar hole and split the two ends and curl them opposite each other. Purchase cotter pins at auto parts store for like$ 5. See photos.

All the perks of rowing a boat, without the water! Especially with iFIT, you literally feel like you are rowing a boat, all without having to leave your house. I can row in Europe by just walking into my gym, how cool is that? And even then, this rower is 10x nicer than any boat I would be rowing. All jokes aside, I have been really impressed on how smooth the pull rope and seat are on this machine. I have always been a little scared with rowers that the rope might snap but this one really does feel sturdy and that it won ’ t send me off the back. It was easy and quick to assemble which was really nice because sometimes you never know what you might get with putting together a new machine. The screen is a great size and the speakers are awesome too. I like how comfortable the seat is. Our previous rower had a very hard seat that was not enjoyable to sit on and this one is much better. Overall, I ’ m really impressed with the quality of the unit. My only complaint is that I wish it had a lock on the seat so it couldn ’ t move when not in use to protect little fingers. This is an incentivized review and I have a family member that works for the brand but these are my honest thoughts.

So far seems like a good bike for the price if you do n't need bells and whistles. Managed to assemble it myself within a couple hours. The highest resistance is n't as strong as on a more expensive machine, but I feel it enough when I 'm pedaling. It does wobble slightly when in use, and after a few sessions I have started to hear a clicking noise in the wheel, but neither has presented a problem in using the bike so far.

I threw away my 40 year old stationary bike and replaced it with this one. I am so surprised how quiet it is when I ride it. My old bike had a chain and made so much noise. I think the bike is great. Well built and strong. Seat is large and comfy. It has been over a year that I have not rode a bike so I am starting with less tension and will increase it in time. I like the tension adjustment and the easy height adjustments. I would recommend this bike. The bike was packaged very well and I was glad nothing was wrong with it since the box had seen better days in transit. I also chose not to keep the foot straps on the petals when I ride. Nice that you have a choice to keep them on or not. My friend was visiting from Taiwan and put the bike together for me so quickly since he works in the industry. I purchased this stepper in April 2013. Use it for 1 out of 4 workouts every week( stairmaster, ashtanga yoga, barbells/kettlebells/weights, spinning). It is now 2021 and I still use the same stepper for 45- 50 minutes every week- without fail- almost 8 years later. It ’s not fancy. In fact, it ’s kinda ugly. This has been a really nice treadmill. It ’s very large and solid. It does take up a fair amount of space. I like the large screen, and I have enjoyed many of the features included with Ifit. I absolutely love that you can get a much steeper incline than a standard treadmill, which is great if you are training for a hike or need to do, hill runs often. It also includes a decline feature, which I have never had before, and that is very interesting and useful as I train for a triathlon to adapt my body to smaller downhill. The large screen makes it easy to watch a show or just track your progress while you ’ re working out, but it can be a little tricky to figure out the order of operations when trying to change something on the Netflix or Amazon menu the cupholders are not my favorite because they are square. The speed is good in responsive overall, it seems like a good machine that will really help with my training this is an incentivized review

Had this treadmill for a few weeks now and I have really enjoyed the incline and decline feature on the treadmill or all the treadmill seems very sturdy and seems fairly responsive when you turn it on that the belt doesn ’ t slip or lag when you ’ re using it. it ’s got great handles if you need a little extra help while you ’ re climbing a pill and a nice large screen to show your progress or follow along the Ifit trainers the cupholders are square so I did notice my water bottle shuffling around in that space occasionally ending up against the screen and vibrating. The treadmill also has some fans which are really nice for cooling you off while you ’ re running. It says you can connect to heart rate monitor, but I have not tried that feature at this time. Overall, I ’ ve been very happy with this treadmill and feel that it will be very useful as a mother while I am training for a half Iron Man And can ’ t always get out to do my workouts. This is a great treadmill. You pay for quality and I think you get it with this treadmill. My wife and I use this quite a bit and it has made winter exercising so much more pleasant. The user interface is very easy to use, the controls you need quick access to are right on the console in front of you, such as elevation, speed, fan, etc, so you do n't have to use the touch screen. The screen is easy to use and very user friendly. It links up nicely with the training programs through iFIT and keeps up with the changes. It is very heavy, so make sure you have some help when you are putting it together. Overall I am very happy with the treadmill.

This is better than pretty much any treadmill I have used at a gym. I have not reason to go to a gym with this in my home. It is a pricey piece of equipment, but as it is always said, you get what you pay for. This thing does everything I have needed, or wanted it to do. The stand out feature for me has always been the elevation capabilities, not only that it can go down, below 0, but it can go seriously steep. I have n't actually tried to walk on it with is as steep as it will go because it looks very difficult. I use it to train for multiple things, but primarily I want to hike better, and get better in some rugged terrain, and this is more than capable of allowing me to do that training. The treadmill went together easy, it was easy to put together, and easy to use. The screen, and the user interface is very user friendly. I have n't had difficulty getting it to do what I want. It is seriously heavy though. Which when you are using it, definitely adds to the sturdy feel, and you do n't bounce around. I would just caution you to assemble it relatively close to where you want it to live. It would n't be fun to move around all over the place. Overall, we are very happy with this and I see no reason I will need anything different anytime soon. This is an incentivized review.

I 've been using it 3 times a week for around 30- 40 minutes over the past 2 weeks. I incorporate 5- 10 pound dumbbells into my workouts and `` wow '' can I feel the burn. I have gained over 30 pounds from menopause and this stepper has helped me fit into my jeans a lot easier. The product would be better if it allowed greater depth in the steps and a better quality calorie counter. It's kind of a pain to keep resetting the counter after every workout. I did notice some squeaking when I adjusted the knob on the front. It might be something that I can fix with WD40 or bolt grease. It's definitely worth trying this product if you need to switch up your workout routine.

I ’ ve been using the NordicTrack G LE recumbent bike for a few weeks now, and I have to say, it ’s been a pretty great experience overall. The console isn ’ t anything fancy—it ’s pretty basic—but it gets the job done. It connects to my iPad via Bluetooth, which I love because I can track my stats and see detailed feedback during my ride. The info it gives is actually pretty helpful and motivating, especially if you ’ re working on improving your fitness. The seat is super comfy! I really love this I think it ’s great for in home use. I have about 1000 “ steps ” on mine currently and it works well is pretty quiet and I ’ ve had no issues with it. I am able to balance well enough to use it standing which my room mate can not but can use it sitting down. So if you aren ’ t able to balance well you will not be able to use it standing there is another version with handles that would be best. It ’s small and heavy and it ’s easy for hair or dirt to get into the areas so it ’s probably best to keep it away from where your pets might be.

[ I received a free Stamina in option E1000 Compact Lower Body Cardio Workout Strider Machine by Spreetail in exchange for my honest review. Upon receiving the machine I noticed how heavy and well made it is. I put it together in under 10 minutes, it was super easy. The photos show people standing on this for use- I would say that is not really going to give you the greatest workout, it would be more to improve balance as the stride is very small. Too small to be effective while standing. As a seated cardio machine it is wonderful. It counts your stride or time which I thought was very cool for making goals. The resistance levels are also large enough to give someone brand new a challenge or a seasoned athlete some cardio. I shared this product with my dad as well who is 75 years old. He has trouble walking or standing for long periods because of hip pain. This gives him a way to exercise safely and without pain. It is pretty easily portable but is a bit heavy. It would be great to have under your work desk to get some movement while sitting for hours! All in all a very well made product.

[ The pieces to the equipment were easy to placed together and to follow along with the instructions provided. The leg strider glides so smoothly and is sound quiet. I 'm happy with my rower. Pretty easy to set up and I love that it easily folds and stores at a much smaller size. I have n't downloaded or used the app. The display is ok but improvements would be great. I do n't need to see my calories. I would like to set it to only view strokes per minute instead of constantly cycling through data. My largest complaint is the resistance. It's great for a beginner but if you are more advanced it can be frustrating to not have a harder rowing workout.

I could understand what I was supposed to do to easily put the cross trainer together with a little help from my husband for the few steps where two people were required.
