I just bought this hat as a sun protection aid for an upcoming Caribbean cruise. This hat is very stylish and can be worn as an everyday hat. Love the hideaway pocket on the inside top of the hat. The adjustable size strap on the inside is a plus. I wear a 7- 7/8( xl) fitted ball cap and ordered the Large hat, perfect fit! You wo n't be disappointed with this hat.

From the quality packaging to every aspect of the hat itself, the care and attention to detail is readily apparent. The hat is great with useful features like the inner compartment, sunglass holders, and chin strap which are sometimes extra charge items. I never write reviews, but I really like this hat. I have a small head and it's hard to find a hat that fits. This one is adjustable. I 've been able to keep it on while hiking in the wind because of the chinstrap. It's water resistant. Plus it packs well. And most importantly, I like the colors- gray and pink.

[ I was in the market for a serious summer sun hat instead of the cheap ones available at all of the big box stores. After much research I decided on Sunday Afternoons Ultra Adventure Hat. I received it and I 'm lovin' it! The first thing I noticed was the air I could feel circulating on the top of my bald head. Having vents on your hat are important, however, they usually allow burning sun rays to filter through. Usually I have to decide between being sunburned without a hat or hot with a hat. The Ultra Adventure hat has happily made that decision for me with its ultraviolet protection factor of 50+, including the mesh panels. No more polka dot sunburned head! Also, its so light weight you can forget you have it on. It is really the lightest hat I have owned. Its hard to believe it can do its job and be so light on your head. The downward sloping 3 ¼ ” brim shades my entire face and the cape keeps the sun off my neck, which is another great design feature. This hat gives protection to head, face, neck and ears without being obtrusive. Other features include a sunglass lock that holds your glasses in place. It works too. I have tried to shake my head to dislodge them and they stay put. Also, if taking a hat in a back pack is an issue for you, this hat folds in half at the brim and can be kept in your pocket. Without a doubt, this is the best hat on the market and worth every penny. I urge people to give this hat a try if you are shopping for the best hat out there. Since its guaranteed for life, it will probably be the last sun hat you need to buy!! You may want to buy more though as soon as everyone sees how cool it is!

This hat fits well and travels well. I can wear it with the chin strap or tuck that into the hat when I do n't need it. I have not yet worn it in the rain. I know it's not water proof( the one feature it does n't have)- I hope the water resistance is good enough for summer squalls. I wear it in my urban neighborhood as well as the lake. I like the wide brim for sun protection.

I love this hat I because it fits well, protects me from the sun and it is waterproof. I wear it when doing water exercise and when riding bike. I also purchased the Sombriolet sun hat which has a wider brim, vents and a chord to tighten to my head. I use both and I am very pleased because of the functionality and quality. PS I still use my baseball cap and visors.

I recently bought this hat to keep the Florida sun off my ears and neck. It does a very good job at that. It also made of a light weight material and is easy to clean after when I can ’ t keep my hands off my hat. I have worn it for 4 18 hole rounds and still don ’ t have sweat stains on it, it has nice inside band that appears to absorb the sweat very well. It is also a nice size and not overly large.

My kids and I love our hats for a couple of reasons. First, they are so light that we do n't feel like we are even wearing a hat that gives great sun coverage, but we are! Second, my kids are able to get great sun coverage with comfort. In the past most of the hats they wore had brims in the back too. This would cause them to have to take the hats off when they sat in their cars seats, etc. Now they keep them on and they stay on because of the flat feature in the back of these hats! Great design! Bought this hat for sun protection while some facial scars are healing. I 'm not a hat wearer, but if you have to wear a hat, this is the one! Love that there is wire in the brim so I can shape the hat how I want to and it stays where I want it.
