My son loves these shorts. They are super lightweight and comfortable. The inner lining is very nice, and you hardly even notice it, but it works. He wears these to football practice or just lounging around the house, but they would also be perfect for running.

They are my favorite work shorts. I like the 8 '' inseam, which allows me to kneel without binding. I 'm not sure what the drawstring idea is for, as I always wear a belt. I like the phone/tool pocket, too. I 'll buy more when I wear these out.

They do not ride up and the interior lining has not created hot spots. The pocket size if extremely convenient for carrying needed items on the run. They compare extremely well with the name brand shorts I have come to rely on for running, and I will definitely look for more of these VRST 7 '' shorts. The shorts do run a little larger than the other big name brands I have purchased. Consider purchasing one size smaller.
