I like these shorts more than I like most lined running shorts. They are light are breezy. I changed into them after a day at the beach and they were more comfortable than my swim trunks. The waistband is the best part for me because it does n't dig in or roll over on itself. the shorts are pretty thin but even with my phone and wallet in my pocket I did n't get that weird thing where the pocket drops below the hem of the shorts. Their front pockets are as roomy as they could be in a pair of running shorts. There is a zipped pocket on the right side big enough for car keys and a few run gels, gummies or waffle.
