The length is perfect, not too short and not too long and it ’s high waisted, which covers up my belly button. Everything is perfect about these shorts but if I could change 1 thing, and this is because of my own personal problem- I wished the front was more tummy controlled. [ Wow! Just ran 2 miles in these can honestly say I ’ m very pleased. I typically would never run in shorts due to chaffing but thought I would give these a try since they were advertised as sweat wicking. The shorts did not disappoint. During the run I did sweat quite a bit as you can see from armpits in pic and the shorts did not get wet one bit. I wore a size 0x and at first try on thought they were a big loser than I would like, but that loser fit played into comfortability. During my run I was extremely comfortable, did not have to tug on bottoms to pull them down or adjust fitting. They also have built in underwear, which is a plus. This is a piece you want regret, if your active, they perform exactly has advertised and if your looking to run errands comfortably you will still be stylish.
