One size larger turned out to be a perfect fit for me and the top band does not roll over. To my surprise, the leg length is a little bit longer than the sensor 2 leg length, which is good. Also, the legs stay in place as I ride. I recently purchased this set in navy blue and am honestly so in love with it. The shorts have a real quality feel to them and aren ’ t too short looking while wearing them out( which is usually an issue for me). They ’ re decently stretchy, I would suggest maybe sizing down if you ’ re on the more petite side- I know for me, I ordered the small and can live with the little bit of room in the waist, but I know that some prefer a shapewear like fit for these types of sets. Overall, it ’s a great little fit and I kind of wish I got it in other colours lol. The regret is real.

These are indeed shorts, however, I 'm a curvy girl( 5' 5 '', 180 lbs, 28 waist, 47 hips& I got a size medium), so I absolutely could not wear these in public nor to the gym because with too much movement or if bending over, the bottom part of my butt would be out.
