Love the high waiI bought these in white in a size small. I 'm usually between a XS and S but prefer shorts to not be tight especially for running. I would say get your normal size. I love the fabric and high waist. The white is great for summer also!

These are fantastic! I ’ ve been a runner for over 12 years and have few shorts that I would write reviews about. The multi layer design, is light like a speed short but prevents things from getting too “ cheeky ” when you start running in the wind. Like other reviews, one size down is perfect. My sisters also loved them, sizes XXS, XS, and S. We are usually XS( 110lbs), S( 130lbs), and M( 150lb) for reference.

It ’s so hard to find longer bike shorts( for those of us with thick thighs) that have pockets, do not cause sausage leg, and don ’ t roll at the waist while still giving some tummy control. These shorts are everything that you are looking for in a pair of cute workout shorts! They are super soft and comfortable, the fit is slightly snug which gives that “ sculpt ” appearance. The shorts don ’ t ride up but I have a tummy so sometimes the band does come down a bit. Fits true to size.

I don ’ t really like to buy clothing with tight elastic bands on the waist and prefer a little bit longer in length. But it ’ d be ok for a short workout. I like the fabric. The shorts fit like a glove and with the Dri- Fit design, I am able to workout comfortably. What I like most is the texture and feel of the shorts while exercising. I would not change anything about them, just personally would have the shorts but an inch or two longer because shorter workout shorts tend to roll up on my thighs when exercising.
