[ I bought this about a month ago in black and Heather gray. I do miles of outdoor walking every day and need a base layer for walking in the winter in Vermont. This works well as a first layer a shirt and my down jacket. Washed well in cold water, hang on a hanger to dry.

[ This is my go- to base layer for skiing( or any other outdoor cardio activity... if I ever did one). It's form fitting and has great mobility. I always use merino fabric as my base layer since it's' breathable and odor- resistant. This top kept me warm but not overheated in 30 degree weather with a down ski jacket. I prefer to minimize my layers so this top paired with my jacket is all I need in everything but extremely cold or warm skiing weather. It's also stylish and looks good with ski pants on its own for apres!

[ I love smartwool classic( midweight) baselayers. Live in Ohio where it's freezing winters and these tops work great as a baselayer or a stand alone top. They are wool so they breathe and it dries quickly if it gets damp( Unlike cotton). I have multiple smartwool tops& love them all.

[ I am very happy with this Tee. It is lightweight and comfortable to wear and I get compliments on the fit. I worked in the yard for several hours in 80 degree heat and it kept me cool and comfortable. I could have worn it the next day as it did not retain any odor. I was n't certain how the addition of Lyocell to the Wool would affect the breathability of the fabric. I am happy to say it worked just fine! I have not yet washed it but am sure it will live up to the Smartwool standards. Nice to have a v- neck option as not all of us look good in crew neck styles. From a modesty standpoint you do have to be a bit careful when leaning over. I normally wear a medium however based on the review I ordered a small and it fits perfect.

[ Overall this shirt is great- flattering fit, awesome teal color, soft and wicking fabric. The only reason I did n't keep it was the v- neck was just a little too low. The shirt's main use would be hiking and I need more sun coverage on my chest. Too bad, because it would be a solid ten if it was n't so cleavy.
