Two negatives-- stitching starts to unravel after a few washes in the machine. And the colors of the top are almost all universally awful! No prints or designs, please! No pastels, please! Quite happy with this version of the Astroman! Still the same great sun protection and durability but the material seems lighter/faster drying somehow. Not sure how they managed that without sacrificing durability but so far it's held up beautifully! I 'm a sweaty hiker and it's pretty amazing how little sweat this shows and how fast it dries. The small fit fine, but I prefer a looser fit for layering and breathability:) And because this is a sun shirt, looser fit is best for the fabric to keep out sun rays, anyways. The ONLY thing I would change about this: please move the pocket to the chest or somewhere more useful. It's on the right hip and goes backwards which is strange and not natural at all, I really dislike it. I 'd prefer it be on the chest( like the men's version) or even still on the hip but a zippered drop pocket( like the Freewheel Hoodie).

I love it! I am really specific about sun shirts because I live and work on boats and wear a sun shirt most days. Full disclosure: I have tried the Crater Lake and Sunshadow before this and really did not like them. The Crater Lake is 1) kind of soft and does n't breath as well as this one and 2) had sloppy sewing so the sleeve hem unravelled after a couple months of wear. The Sunshadow was low stretch and super restricting to wear and the fabric stained really easily. This* Sunblocker* is amazing. The fabric is super quick drying but not scratchy, the sewing is really neat, and the fabric is stretchy and not restrictive. I sized up from S to M and am glad I did. I personally love the crop. It still protects my whole back, even when I bend over, but is n't too long. Overall, I 'm really happy with it!
