This IT Band is the best one I ’ ve found. It has a firm, rubber piece which you place directly on your IT Band which I haven ’ t seen in other manufacturers. This provides great relief while in use. The ability to tighten/loosen is easy and stays in place during use.

We had the OG Theragun and it lasted well over 6 years. No issues with rechargeable battery. Unfortunately, I got one of the attachments stuck when I used superglue to fix one of the attachments and it stuck to the Theragun connector. The Theragun ProPlus is SO much quieter than the OG. I can barely hear it when I have our air purifier on for white noise. The digital display, the multiple speeds, the heat attachment, the vibrating attachment, the red light therapy, pulse reader, and being able to use the cold plus attachment makes this the# 1 Theragun device EVER!! It takes the pains away and helps prepare your body for exercise as well as with recovery. I 've tried the lower end `` percussion massagers '' and none of them can come close to what Theragun offers and how Theragun performs.
