Rowing Faster
All the perks of rowing a boat, without the water! Especially with iFIT, you literally feel like you are rowing a boat, all without having to leave your house. I can row in Europe by just walking into my gym, how cool is that? And even then, this rower is 10x nicer than any boat I would be rowing. All jokes aside, I have been really impressed on how smooth the pull rope and seat are on this machine. I have always been a little scared with rowers that the rope might snap but this one really does feel sturdy and that it won ’ t send me off the back. It was easy and quick to assemble which was really nice because sometimes you never know what you might get with putting together a new machine. The screen is a great size and the speakers are awesome too. I like how comfortable the seat is. Our previous rower had a very hard seat that was not enjoyable to sit on and this one is much better. Overall, I ’ m really impressed with the quality of the unit. My only complaint is that I wish it had a lock on the seat so it couldn ’ t move when not in use to protect little fingers. This is an incentivized review and I have a family member that works for the brand but these are my honest thoughts.

I fell in love with rowing the first time I tried it( in a fitness studio)! The only issue was I did n't get to choose how much rowing I 'd be able to do each session and I always wanted more. After a few years of this, I finally decided to buy my own rower. And I love the NordicTrack RW900 Rower! It is very smooth, has lots of workout programs, and a super big monitor. You can choose from so many workouts( in beautiful settings), do your own workout, or set up a program on your own with iFit too. The huge monitor is super nice, making it more fun to do the workout programs( on gorgeous lakes in different places around the world). Or you can watch a movie on the monitor while rowing! There are a couple of things that bother me a little bit though. The seat is a little wobbly and small. And the straps on the foot pads do n't go tight enough if I 'm not wearing the right shoes( ones that have a wide base). But I think the seat is just different than what I 'm used to and I just need to get used to it. I 'm totally fine once I get moving. I do really love having my own rower in my home gym, and there really is n't a better option out there! So I 'm going to continue to row, row, row my boat on this fun piece of equipment! It is just such a good total body workout!

Just purchased, but so far I love it. Very sleek looking. It's also very quiet. Operates smoothly. Only negative so far are the feet clips. My shoes keep pocking out of the heel clips and I have to stop and re- strap them back in. It's very annoying. The backing of the clip should of been like another inch higher to prevent back of shoe from popping out.

The rowing machine arrived with a gash in the package and the metal shroud around the Magnet was bent. During assembly I was able to bend the shroud back into shape, thus removing the risk of injury during the use of the machine. Once assembled the machine worked smoothly. In regards to the damage during transport I had very prompt and competent interactions with both the seller and the manufacturer. Obviously, the damage was caused by neither of them, I got it fixed quickly and I enjoy the machine. I was happy with both the purchase process and the quality of the product.

This rowing machine is wonderful! I did not want to give a full star down- rating for only a minor issue, so will leave my rating at 5 stars. The only issue had to do w/the LCD display attachment. There was a one of 4 screws that did not fit properly in the mounting hardware and my display ended up in a crooked position. However, like I said it's only a minor thing and does not at all impact the functionality of the machine. I 'm so glad that I purchased this rower!!!

We assembled it quickly and easily( we are NOT handy people) and it works very well. I 'm a beginner so I ca n't comment on the display- I 'm just trying to burn calories, not race. I like the fact that it's higher than other water rowers because I have lower back issues, so the fact that it's a bit higher, and also that the back/seat is higher than the feet seems to alleviate stress on my lower back. The only `` surprise '' was that it is a bit noisier than other water rowers BUT I think that's because of the tilt of the tank. That said, I think the tilt makes for a better workout because it seems like you 're pulling the propellers through more water( pooled at the bottom of the tank) than you would be with the same amount of water in a flat tank. Frankly, when I tested the flat/level tank it felt `` too easy '' for me. Yes, I know it's about how fast I pull, but I like the additional resistance. It's not so much that it's noisy as that I ca n't watch/listen to anything unless I make it loud. My husband said you barely hear it in the rest of the house. I just wear earbuds so I can listen. One other thing to note: even though you can put an iPad on the lip of the display, you have to be sure to tilt it backwards a bit so the display does n't flop forward from the weight. Last, but not least, you ca n't beat the price( and nominal delivery charge) and availability. It arrived within a few days of ordering it. Great purchase!

This is a fantastic rower. I was a little concerned it would be of poor quality due to the price compared to the others, but if you aren ’ t a peloton groupie and don ’ t need false encouragement tossed at you every five seconds, save some money and get this one. The water resistance is perfect, and once I get stronger the magnetic resistance is going to build on that.( If you do need some false encouragement, there ’s always Apple fitness+) It hooked seamlessly to my phone and the app works perfectly. I had the air version and upgraded to this one with air and magnetic resistance. It ’s an upgrade for sure with resistance. Less productive at the 30 minute mark. Only concern with this product is longevity as the volute spring went on the prior model. But I stayed with Sunny as the overall product is good and it lasted long enough to where I don ’ t feel it was a financial loss. I used it often. Fingers crossed this last 2+ years with almost daily use.

The rower was easy to put together- my 73 yo sister put it together by herself! It's easy to use. As I 'm in my early 70s and have a permanent leg injury, I am starting quite slowly. But, I am rowing 5 days a week. I think consistency is key. Love it!

I just purchased this machine. Let me tell you it is sturdy. The only issue I have noticed is the pedal spacing is farther apart than what I was used to on my very simple and little hydraulic machine by SunnyHealth. But the drive is smooth, the ride is more comfortable because of the fan. and the padded seat. I use this with HOLODIA app on Quest 2 and really enjoy rowing. The main piece is pre- asasembled. You add the pedals, the seat, the slidebar and the rear stabilizer. Very pleased with the sale price and the additional 10% off. Brought the machine cost down to 495. And it is well packaged and protected. It had rained for 3 days and the box was a mess. But nothing touched the machine inside. We are converting one room in our home to a home gym. This rowing machine is equal to any commercial machine I have used in a gym. Smooth and easy to use. Set up is a little challenging. The biggest problem is getting the pin in( correctly) that holds the two main pieces together. Even in the video the guy does n't have it right the first time, but it is corrected later in the video. Be patient this part is a pain. After it is together you will have a great machine and be very glad you bought it. I am so impressed with Stamina products that I bought a recumbent bike, that just came in today. I am looking forward to getting it together and giving it a try.
