The shorts might run a little small. I tend to wear the L pants but got the XL shorts and they work well for me. I like the internal liner, but still wear by boxer briefs with them. I really need to try them without the boxes and see how they work. The pockets are a good size, but anything in them will swing as you run or walk fast. the draw string come in handy to tie the shorts off and hold them up.

I bought these shorts after looking at a lot of brands like Lululemon, etc. These are fabulous! I actually wore them in Italy for five of the 10 days without washing them.
