( Little doctor who reference for yall!). So, I ’ ve been traveling with the osprey farpoint 55 for years now( still is a great bag). But I got super jealous when my husband got the allpa 42 for his work travel set. Something about the pockets tickles the brain just right. And while the farpoint is great for a duffle/ stuff bag experience, I always felt disorganized and the space felt small. So don ’ t ask me why the Allpa 35 feels bigger… it just is? I just did a test pack for our next Europe trip, and let me tell you this bag fits it all! And after I packed it out, with room to spare I realized I still had the laptop area to use and it totally works as a catch all for like your hoodie or what have you. I ’ m excited to travel with this and a sling bag instead of a back pack( 15L) and a 40L bag. I ’ ll include a rough pack out list.- 5 shirts, 1 rain jacket, 6/6 socks and underwear, 3 pants, 2 shorts, tevas sandals, 1 hoodie, the 5L Cotopaxi travel doc kit with meds, toiletries, and 2 charger cables w/ plug converter, iPad mini, steam deck, small travel blanket approximately the size of a pencil pouch, over ear headphones, and my hydroflask. INSANE. Still had both of the front pockets empty and ready for trinkets, the inside still had room too and it was an easy zip up. 1000/10 recommend this bag. It ’s also super comfortable to wear. For reference I ’ m 5 ’ 7 and 160lbs.

I love my new pack, and I am currently traveling with it in South America. The compartments fit my packing cubes perfectly, and the shoulder straps are very comfortable. I ’ m pretty sure I could travel for several months out of this pack, if I stayed in a similar climate zone. I ’ ve been able to carry it on to all of my flights so far, and fits easily in the overhead compartment of the jets I have been on. I had one zipper malfunction of with the top compartment, as the key clip cord was caught in the zipper, and I had to cut the cord to get it open.

I own the Allpa 28L and 35L and this 42L is even greater! It ’s the same great pack but more room and space. Recently took it on a trip and able to carry onboard and fit in the overhead. The materials and compartments are best in the game. A tad bit too big on international flights, but most domestic is fine. It carried up to 2 weeks of clothes along plus more room for other small accessories. Love Cotopaxi bags.
