I 've been using this Surge backpack since 2019 and it has been great! I 've heard my family's thoughts on the newer model of the same backpack and they are not as impressed. The straps are more prone to breaking and the seams have started tearing pretty early in the life of their backpack. This being said, my older model has been so great! It's gone through years of hauling notebooks, folders, textbooks, water bottles, and clothes for practice after school. [ This top is one of the most comfortable things I ’ ve worn in a long time. It breathes so well. This can be worn from the early months of Spring all the way to the late months of Fall. After looking at all the videos I saw that the shoulder straps could be tucked in. The one I bought from you could n't. I 've since learned that there's a difference between a 28 and a 28L. The photos I look at on the web sometimes show a 28 but list as a 28L. I found it to be confusing. So I 'm returning this travel pack. It's beautiful though! If you know where I can find a Allpa 28 please let me know. Thanks.

I loved the bag, perfect for those of us who like the color black. I chose that color because it looks great on this backpack. I love how they designed the internal spaces; the main compartment feels like a small travel backpack, and it has little pockets everywhere. The materials feel high quality. I would have loved if it included a sticker for my water bottle!

I have been waiting for a hooded version of a packable puffer that was still cute, and after enjoying other Halfdays products for skiing, I was excited when I saw this in their spring collection this year. This jacket arrived several weeks ago and has been great for everything I 've thrown at it! It has kept me warm, dry, and cute on rainy commutes to work, mulching my garden, and taking my dog on a field trip to our local forest preserves. It has been comfortable in temps as low as 35 and as high as 65 or so for me, personally. I love how lightweight it is, and that is compacts down if it warms up during the day and I need to pack it away for my commute home. It is also roomy enough for layering underneath, and I enjoy the big pocket for storage in the back. 10/10 would recommend.
