I 'm 5' 2@ about 170lbs. My chest and waist measure close to 42in around. I ordered the size Large and it fits me perfectly. To me, it keeps my core warm and makes me sweat but I am a bit disappointed that it does n't make me sweat more. I thought I would be dripping sweat but my skin feels more clammy than anything. Otherwise, this is a good product.

Just ran my third marathon, and I chose a new sports bra because I wanted something to hold my phone( I hate running races with a running belt, and my shorts had a little too much bounce)! This sports bra held my phone in place to the point where I was never rudely reminded it was there. Also, it's quite easy to get your phone in and out of, which is a huge plus! In terms of chafing, which is what I was honestly most worried about for this bra for this long of a distance, I did n't notice anything painful during the race or after, so it gets an A+ for that! One thing I will note is that it can be a little restrictive. I 'm not too well- adorned in the breast department, so I did n't have much of a problem, but it is highly supportive, and that may come with some unwanted compression!

I bought this belt to support my back and shrink my gut. I 've always used these waist trimmers for light back support instead of the huge weightlifting belts. I 'm not doing extremely heavy weight so this belt works. I also wear it while doing cardio. The only reason I did not give it stars is because the fit could be better. The belt should come in different sizes, not one size fits all.
