I think this bra strikes the perfect balance between comfort and support! It ’s my favorite sports bra to wear during my yoga practice. The material is so soft and breathable, and the bra stays in place while I ’ m moving. The longline style works really well under shirts( it doesn ’ t have a noticeable outline at all) but offers enough coverage for me to wear just with leggings, too. I found it to be really true to size( as a DD cup size). No obvious cons of this product— just expect it to work better for lower intensity movement, since it offers relatively less compression than other styles.

I am not sure why Nike and so many other brands feel the need to put pads in sports bras now- it is frustrating to find only one or two options in their entire inventory that come without padding. I 'm a classic size 75/C, but it was hard for me to figure out which one to order. In the end, I ordered an S( C- D), which is a bit big in the round. That's why I ordered an XS( D- E) size, hoping that it would only be smaller in the round. But the cup of the XS is also smaller, a bit but is D- E, which should be larger. In the end, I could n't decide and kept both, there is not that much difference between them. But the sizing could be simpler and more logical( D- E should not be smaller than C- D). Regardless, they are very comfortable and beautiful, I love them!
