No more slippery grip cuz my feet don ’ t fit. The grip is amazing, even when my hands get sweaty. This mat is a bit on the heavier side but that ’s the trade off for the length and grip.

I used to be really big into yoga and Pilates which forced me to stretch regularly. Then life happened, my focus changed and I stopped but I missed the stretch. As you can see in my pics my hips are TIGHT. But not for long. Most people use yoga blocks for only yoga poses and forget how helpful they are for stretching. This block is light weight and offers 3 levels of stretch or use. Flat for beginners, side for medium and upright for those with a little more flexibility. I have been using a good mat for yoga, though basic, it has helped me 6 months in my practice. This Manduka mat is really worth the price since it has enough cushioning, not so much that makes one lose balance but good for a head stand. Also, it has a great grip for positions when you press hard with hands and feet. It is long enough for me to fit laying down and it is n't that heavy. A very good product overall, I highly recoment it for anyone who practices yoga or even other sports.

I 've bought many Calia sports bras and this the best adjustable one they have made so far. I wear a 32D and the small fits great. The band is tight and there is n't too much cleavage compared to other sports bras. Previous Calia bras I 've bought had problems with the elastic coming out after a few washes. I 've had this one for a few months and it is still in perfect condition. One thing I wish this brand would do is get rid of the tags. Every now and then the tag pokes me when I 'm working out.

I purchased this core disk based on its durability and feel. Several co- workers had started sitting on core disks to help improve the strength of their core muscles so I was able to try several different brands. I found the GoFit Core Disk to be the best suited for me. It seemed to provide just a little more challenge than some of the others to remain balanced. I also use mine to stand on and it is strong and maintains its inflation level over time. The GoFit Core Disk is easy to inflate to the correct firmness with only one or two pumps with a bicylce pump. The price was less than in a local sporting good store but slightly more than other brands. I would recommend to friends and co- workers.
