Great 'little' bag. The 8l actually does n't fill a spot in my kit, but these are great waterproof bags. I really like the muted gray color and the white inside to make it easier to see items inside. Good size for spare clothes on a summer trip. Light and durable!

This bag is perfect for backpacking and hiking. This bag kept down clothing perfectly dry on a week long trek where it rained nonstop. The tab on the bottom of the bag is really helpful for hanging the bag off of my backpack. I highly recommend this bag.

I have used the 8 liter bag for both backpacking and front country travel, it's great for both! I think the thickness of this bag is the perfect intersection of durable and light- good for a food bag while camping or a dirty laundry bag while traveling. I have never had a S2S buckle break on me, but it's cool that it comes with a field replaceable buckle. I 'm not totally sure what the benefit of the hang tab on the bottom of the bag is for, but I 'm sure there is a reason for it.

I use these lightweight dry bags on many caving expeditions. They are fantastic in that they hold up well and weigh almost nothing. The addition of the field repairable buckles has also really secured these as some of the best dry bags on the market. I would still prefer the seal design to be changed into more of an envelope style to ensure an even greater seal at the top but beyond that I really recommend these as long as you can put them in the secondary containment like a backpack.

A couple asked me where to go to get one and I said Sea to Summit.

This is a great product for just about any sport that involves any sort of water. This spends most of the winter on my snowmobile keeping backup layers dry, and has held up really well. These ca n't get wet extra layers are essential in the backcountry, but I never have to worry about that with this bag. In the summer this transitions onto my bike and can take the wear and tear of being strapped on externally. I had an older version of these bags, but the new one is easier to use and more streamlined. The compression feature is well worth the( minimal) additional weight as it takes up way less space and gives you more options to strap the bags onto other things.

13L is the perfect size for my 20 degree down sleeping bag. It ’s critical to keep down dry and having the compression straps turn a full size down bag into the size of a small basketball which frees up lots of space in my backpack for other items. I have an older version of this bag that still works well but the new quick release buckles on this model make it easier to use. Note that you do need to be patient for the eVent to work. It ’s a dry bag so water can ’ t get in but air can escape with compression out of the eVent fabric. Pro tip: roll the top closed once and add pressure to get out a lot of the air, then add two more rolls and clip closed. Pull the bottom over the top and using constant pressure keep cinching the straps alternating sides for and even compression. Another quality piece of gear by Sea to Summit. Two thumbs up.

I have been using the EVX 13 L dry bag when paddling, climbing, camping and bikepacking. This bag is amazing! It is light, tough and above all keeps the weather out. I took this out on a multi- day bikepacking trip which turned into a multi- day snow and rain event. I stored my down jacket and other `` need to stay dry so you do n't cry '' items in it( down jacket/pants). Everything stayed perfectly dry. The compression straps allow me to get my gear into small areas in my bike bags without compromising the integrity of my gear. The compression straps worked super smooth, no twisting or locking up. I travel to remote locations, most of the time solo( unless guiding). I need to know that I can count on my gear to keep me in the backcountry as long as I want and not have to leave due to equipment failure or poor design. The EVAC bag is amazing. I am going to purchase more and I highly recommend it to anyone that spends time exploring, or traveling in areas you know the weather will test and punish the your gear.

We originally were considering Gecko's drawstring style dry bag, but decided this bag looked like better quality level for our needs. This bag was exactly what we needed. We took it on a river float trip, and it was perfect. The lower half was submerged for nearly the entire 3 hours and everything stayed dry. It held our sunscreen, t- shirts, hats, keys, etc with plenty of room. We did put phones and keys in ziplocks just in case, since it was our first time using it and wanted to make sure we were closing it correctly. The strap made carrying and tying down to the tube easy. I would definitely recommend it. The only thing is to make sure you roll down the top enough to ensure a good seal. It says on the bag to roll `` at least 3 times '' but I would recommend rolling basically until you reach the top of your contents.

[ This is the first time I 've used a product that takes the air out of the clothing and compresses it. Your tubes work. A side use would be to surround a wine bottle with cloths and place it in the tube. Perfect cushioning. In the `` used for '' section below, should include travel.

[ I ’ ve used this compression sack a number of times and am looking forward to using it on our upcoming water park trip. For the waterproof test, I sprayed the thing with a garden hose, on “ gentle rain ” setting for 30 seconds with my down bag in there to see how it would perform in wet conditions. Overall, it does what it says it does, keeps the contents dry and vents out excess air when the system is compressed. Highly recommend.

The Vantage 20L has completely replaced my old commuter bag. It's a good looking bag with smart organization to keep my laptop and essentials tidy. I live in the PNW, so the tough, water- resistant fabric is a lifesaver – my stuff stays bone dry regardless of the weather. Plus, I love knowing this whole bag is made with recycled materials. But what really sold me is the surprising capacity. At first, I thought it might be too small for weekend adventures. Yet, it easily handles a change of clothes, tech gear, and even some snacks for a quick trip. The comfy straps and that sweat- wicking material are a game- changer, especially when I 'm out exploring – you barely notice you 're carrying it. I 've used it cycling 10+ miles at a time, and worn it scrambling up a cliffside. Incredibly versatile.

This bag exceeds all of my needs. Everything I throw into it fits perfectly as though it was built specifically for me( I like to think that it was). It carries very comfortably and is also easy to stow in various locations due to its compact size. Keep up the good work Nemo! You never disappoint!

Hands down the coolest daypack/ citypack I 've ever owned. Do I wish the zipper went down a bit further? Sure, but who cares? Amazing design and attention to detail. It feels incredible to wear. The straps are beautiful. The fabric is clutch. It stands up by itself! And the Endless Promise is the real deal. Great work, NEMO!

I have been using the Vantage 20L as my commuting to work backpack, and it is everything that I need in a backpack. It organizes and protects all my work essentials and looks good on the train, street, and in the office.
When selecting a 20L waterproof bag, consider features such as the material used, which should be durable and resistant to punctures. Look for bags with a roll-top closure for maximum waterproofing and ease of access. Additionally, check for adjustable straps or handles for comfortable carrying, as well as any extra compartments for organization.
20L waterproof bags are typically made from materials like nylon or polyester, often coated with PVC or TPU for enhanced waterproofing. These materials are lightweight yet strong, providing protection against water and abrasion. It's also important to consider the thickness of the material, as thicker options generally offer better durability.
A 20L waterproof bag is ideal for a variety of activities, including kayaking, hiking, and camping. Its size makes it suitable for storing essentials like clothing, food, and gear while keeping them dry. Additionally, it can be used for travel to protect belongings from rain or splashes during outdoor adventures.
To ensure your 20L waterproof bag is truly waterproof, check for features like sealed seams and a reliable closure system, such as a roll-top or zipper with a waterproof design. It's also advisable to test the bag by submerging it in water for a short period before use. Regularly inspect the bag for any signs of wear or damage that could compromise its waterproof capabilities.
Yes, 20L waterproof bags come in various styles to suit different preferences and activities. Some may feature a simple roll-top design, while others might include additional pockets or attachment points for gear. Additionally, there are options with backpack straps for easier carrying, making them versatile for different outdoor scenarios.
Absolutely! While 20L waterproof bags are great for water sports, they are also useful for hiking, camping, and travel. They can protect your belongings from rain, mud, or dust, making them versatile for various outdoor activities. Their lightweight and portable nature makes them easy to carry in different environments.
