Probably one of the best yoga mats I have ever own. Not only do I use if when I exercise, but I love to stretch out on it. It has good grip so the mat does not slide on the floor and your feet do n't slip either. Another nice feature is the line that goes right down the middle of the mat. It gets really dirty, unfortunately but the cushion is superior to cheaper mats and the grip was great on day one even though the package says you need to break it in a bit. This Calia yoga mat is my favorite. Two best things are its length and grip. I ’ m 5 ’ 8 ” tall so many yoga mats are to short, not this one. I can keep my feet and hands on the matt. This Manduka mat is really worth the price since it has enough cushioning, not so much that makes one lose balance but good for a head stand. Also, it has a great grip for positions when you press hard with hands and feet. It is long enough for me to fit laying down and it is n't that heavy.
