[ This pad is great! My lower back always hurts and sit ups are difficult. I noticed it make doing exercise easier with the support it gives. The foam is firm but comfortable and it's easy to take with on our trips. The fact they are very easy to keep clean really helps. Great product!

Been using a regular roll up mat for floor exercises, but it was too thin and especially uncomfortable for moves/stretches that required me to put a knee down. I always had to put a pillow under my knee. This mat is much more supportive, and better on my back and knees.
