I was a little concerned it would be of poor quality due to the price compared to the others, but if you aren ’ t a peloton groupie and don ’ t need false encouragement tossed at you every five seconds, save some money and get this one. The water resistance is perfect, and once I get stronger the magnetic resistance is going to build on that.( If you do need some false encouragement, there ’s always Apple fitness+) It hooked seamlessly to my phone and the app works perfectly. I had the air version and upgraded to this one with air and magnetic resistance. It ’s an upgrade for sure with resistance. Less productive at the 30 minute mark. Only concern with this product is longevity as the volute spring went on the prior model. But I stayed with Sunny as the overall product is good and it lasted long enough to where I don ’ t feel it was a financial loss. I used it often. Fingers crossed this last 2+ years with almost daily use.

The only issue I have noticed is the pedal spacing is farther apart than what I was used to on my very simple and little hydraulic machine by SunnyHealth. But the drive is smooth, the ride is more comfortable because of the fan. and the padded seat. I use this with HOLODIA app on Quest 2 and really enjoy rowing. The main piece is pre- asasembled. You add the pedals, the seat, the slidebar and the rear stabilizer. Very pleased with the sale price and the additional 10% off. Brought the machine cost down to 495. And it is well packaged and protected. It had rained for 3 days and the box was a mess. But nothing touched the machine inside. Took two days to assemble. One part had a small dent in it, but I was able to work around it once I pounded out the dent. Wish seats were leather. But otherwise a good product.

Pro: I have only had the bench a couple of weeks, but in that time I have found it a very sturdy and versatile piece of equipment. The adjustable back allows me to work my chest from multiple angles, hit my rear shoulder and back with chest supported raises and dumb bell rows, and the leg attachment lets me finish off my legs after a squat work out. Con: The major issue I have with the bench is that it sits kind of high off of the ground and I have kind of short legs, so I have a hard time getting a good leg drive on my bench.

The bench is well built and easy to put together. But as a 5' 4 '' female, it is too far off the ground. I ca n't reach the floor. I also ca n't use the leg extension. Perfect for someone around 6' tall.

First, the instructions for putting this together were first class. They were very clear, and each step's nuts and bolts were shrink wrapped to a labeled piece of cardboard with drawings of the included nuts and bolts. Secondly this is a very durable bench and has gotten a lot of use by the whole family. My single complaint is that I am short( 5' 3 '') and while I can use it, I would have felt better if it were an inch lower to the ground. However, perhaps a tall person would be inconvenienced by that. I can certainly reach the leg curl rollers, so it works fine.

I have been using the bench daily with barbells up to 100lbs for a few weeks now and it has held up fine and feels pretty sturdy. Assembly is slightly more frustrating than something from IKEA, as the picture instructions are truly terrible. If you have common sense, though, it shouldnt take you more than 20 minutes to put together. Would recommend considering the price.

[ Assembly- went together in leas than an hour once I got it all unboxed. Make sure that you assemble this where it is going to be used. It weighs quite a bit. This is great for stability, but not very mobile. Function- very sturdy and easy to adjust for size and resistance. There is a noticable difference in each step from 1 to 8. I also like the fact that the arm and legs can( and should) be worked separately. You can pinpoint the proper resistance level for each. Extras- The screen is functional and gives you the basics, but not much more and that is fine for me. I know what I want to do for my work out and dont need to pay for a tour guide. Quality- As I said this is a very sturdy machine and even though I have only been using for about a month I have no doubt that it will last.
