I have been watching this Marucci pitching machine for a couple of weeks and searching everywhere for a review with no luck. Today I spoke with a very nice lady at my local DSG and asked about the return policy. I was afraid that like many other products, this would advertise 60 mph and actually do 25… she told me 90 days, just to make sure I saved all the packaging. I got it home tested it immediately with real baseballs and was my target at 46 feet consistently for the most part. A neighbor and good acquaintance of mine who plays for the St. Louis Cardinals bought one of these new Changeup machines. He told me it was the most effective machine he has ever used so I bought one for my sons. It is amazing how it throws change ups with a push of a button on a remote just like your car. It ’s a bit of work to switch the legs back and forth from the baseball to softball ones so you pretty need to do one or the other in one session. My daughter feels like the low profile legs give her pretty realistic look at how pitches come at her on the games which is a huge plus compared to having hit her off the baseball machines. The Muarucci ball caddy is fantastic! My son loves that he has a place to put all of his baseballs. It is perfect height for him to just grab and go when doing some BP off his tee. I love that it zips up so it won ’ t spill out if knocked over and you can detach the bag from the stand and take it with you. It folds up nice and can store it in the black bag it comes with. I received the ball caddy during winter, I have not yet taken it outside. It came in a long box in several pieces with directions that I thought I may need, but it was very easy to put together- I was surprised, but relieved. I can tell it will easily be transported to the baseball field in the Spring when needed. The height is great too.
