My son started casting his arms out when batting and he would swear he was not. Even showed him video on how bad it was. At first he hated using the swing rail and said it did not work. Then good old father puts it on and starts nailing the ball with no issues. He then started giving it a try going slow still he found a rhythm that worked for him. Eventually after a week he was nailing line drives out to the fence and his bat speed increased 22 mph.

This hit- a- way system is the best traning method for anybody who wants to improve there hitting. If you are good in any thing but hitting then you should get this hitting system and not get a tee because this will help you get a feel for where the ball would be opposed to having the ball in the worst spot to swing at. Basic item that does what it ’s supposed to do. We use it for our 8U boys to get loose in the first few innings and practice keeping their head on the ball through their swings. Also nice to be able to get some extra swings in at home without needing to set up a net.
