Of all the curly tail grubs, Berkely are the best for me in the color pearl white. I use them for crappies and bluegill.

as expected, these Berkley 2 '' curlies are quality baits. each bait is consistent in quality in shape, size, and color and the colors are very vibrant. durability is about average but still very decent. these baits will catch all panfish species- bluegill, perch, and crappie for me. and when i do catch the occasional bass, it's usually with this berkley power bait. i recently downsized from regular bass rig to ultra lite and could n't be happier with these little curly tails- several colors/combos. lastly, i think you 'll find these 2 '' ers are a little beefier than most other small grubs and the fish seem to appreciate it, as do i.

I 've used these for the first time recently, and they work great! All I 'll use from now on!

The crappie and bass gobble d this bait up! I had some tough conditions where I needed a 2 inch profile. This grub was my old faithful! It performed well in both cold and warm water and the scent lasted a long time.

These guys are great for warm weather species. ... Used this for drop shot minus the jig head, good action on lite line ... I am satisfied with this product, however I wish Berkley would innovate with a softer and more durable plastic material which holds the Powerbait scent

Awesome bait, caught 9 bass in the first hour I used it. The only downside is it only comes with 2 jigs and ca n't find the same replacement anywhere.

These guys are great for warm weather species. Smallmouths, perch, and Northerns have been hitting on these guys like mad for the past year.

Recently purchased this item and found that it's a good search bait for highly pressured fisheries. Good action and has powerbait scent to boot. Will purchase again.

Frequently Asked Questions For Berkley Powerbait Grub

Grubs are versatile baits that can attract a wide variety of fish species. Their natural movement in the water mimics the appearance of prey, making them an effective choice for anglers. Additionally, grubs can be used in various fishing techniques, including jigging and rigging, enhancing their appeal in different fishing environments.

Grub baits are typically made from soft plastics that provide a lifelike texture and movement in the water. Many are infused with scent or flavor to further entice fish. The choice of materials can affect the durability and action of the grub, making it important to consider when selecting the right bait for your fishing needs.

Grubs are effective in a variety of fishing conditions, including both freshwater and saltwater environments. They can be particularly successful in areas with structure, such as rocks or submerged vegetation, where fish are likely to hide. Additionally, grubs can be used year-round, making them a reliable choice for different seasons and water temperatures.

Choosing the right size grub depends on the species of fish you are targeting and the size of the bait they typically feed on. Smaller grubs are often effective for panfish and trout, while larger grubs can attract bigger species like bass. It's also important to consider the water conditions and the type of rigging you plan to use.

Grubs come in various styles, including paddle tail, curly tail, and straight tail designs, each offering different action in the water. The style you choose can influence how the bait moves and how fish respond to it. Experimenting with different styles can help you determine which works best for your fishing technique and target species.
