I ’ ve had the bag now for a week and I actually like it. I boxed as a kid and being a kid I always hit the heavy bag to hard and had a lot of shoulder and hand injuries. However, now that I ’ m older, I don ’ t hit the bag that hard. This is a reasonable good inexpensive bag to get your down your form and technique. I don ’ t know how well it will hold up? I ’ m hitting it for about 15 minutes a day and it seems not very hard and it seems to be doing fine basically it ’s used to get technique and form down in a ant getvlittle sweaty decent bag for not a lot of money. This bag meets every requirement you would need out of a muay thai bag. It is a sand/paper bag and I 've used it a few times so I do n't have any long tern test results. The leather appears to be very well stitched together and thick. I would have liked if it had another sewn in strap at the bottom for anchoring the bag but I do n't believe that is common practice with Thai bags.

This bag is good for learning to throw punches at a moving target and use your footwork. It is slower than a cobra bag because the spring is at the bottom, so if you want a fast bag do n't get this one. I filled the base with water and it is about 40 lbs., light enough to move but still stays in place. I do n't hit this bag that hard because that's not what it's for. If I really smack it, the base will rock. Not for heavy hitting. But it would be a good addition to your gym if you want to have different bags for different purposes.

The only thing is it can be knocked over from time to time if you keep swinging and not letting it become still, but other than that it ’s really helpful for training.
