I like it, usually I wear wide but they did n't make wide for this one and it is good enough room in the toe box. It also gives me a boost on height which is always a plus for someone short. Its a good running shoes and short 40 yard dash runs, probably not a perfect one for long distance like half or full marathons. Shoe laces are secured tightly to the shoes, they do n't come off easy once its tied right. The only negative thing is that the bottom of the shoes can add a rubber type material for stability when its on wet floor.

Save your race shoes and use these for training. It can get squishy which may tire your legs out which make them excellent for slow paced training runs. I love the shoe so much, that I am tagging in their daily trainer( Novablast) for speed and tempo work. The toe box is kind of roomy, so if you prefer narrow shoes, this might not be for you.

I bought these to try in my shoe rotation based on a lot of popular reviews. I can honestly say these are now one of my favorites. The Asics stays soft and comfortable through the entire run, and are probably some of the most comfortable shoes in general. My favorite part I have found with the Asics shoes are the area under the ball of the foot stays soft for your entire run. Almost every other shoe I have does n't do this as well as the Asics. These are great for long, easy, daily, or recovery runs. The fit and feel is superb.

Came to this shoe after 500 miles on a pair of NB fresh foam x more V4, a heavier more cushioned shoe. After initial run, I found these to be comfortable, supportive and very light/fast. Now I ’ m thinking I should have bought 2 pairs. I do about 120 miles a month, so I ’ m curious to see how long they will last running asphalt hills.

My first pair of Asics Gel- Cumulus and I am very impressed. These feel like you are walking on cloud. The cushion is very good. Though I am not a runner, I find these very useful for light jogging, on the treadmill or casual wear. They provide a good support and perfect even when I have them on for more than 12 hrs. This is the ideal shoe for heavier runners because they are so well built. The midsole is firm and reactive. Typically, I find running shoes to be too soft in the soles including the Endorphin Speeds and Pros. If you want a firm, responsive, and stable shoe that will last, the Shift is the answer. I have not ran much in the Shift 3 yet, but first impressions indicate that it has only improved on the Shift 2. The fit is exactly the same as the Shift 2, as well. I put 350+ miles on my Endorphin Shift 2s including my first two marathons. My body weight started at 240 lbs and has since dropped to 215. The shoes still have a lot of miles left in them and plenty of support remaining. The upper is in perfect shape and there's still rubber on the soles. The Saucony Endorphin Shift is simply the most durable and supportive shoe I have ever owned.

As owning the Endorphin Pro 3 and loving everything about that shoe, I was n't sure what to expect from the Shift 3. But knowing I was in need of a max cushioned daily trainer, I decided to roll the dice and take the dice on the Shift 3. I 'm glad I did. The ride is smooth, responsive, and lighter on foot than what the actual weight of the shoe indicates on the specs. I 've used the shoe on easy runs, recovery runs, medium distance runs, and on occasion, tempo runs. The SPEEDROLL Technology is very evident and provides and very easy and comfortable transition. Looking forward to putting many more miles on them this winter and for the time being they are a perfect counterpart to my race day Pro 3s.

Great everyday shoe. Love the support they provide to my worn out arches. I ’ m down to sub- 7: 00 miles thanks to these shoes! I was worried about the white soles getting dirty, but they wipe clean with just a wet paper towel. The bright blue fabric stains easier so I recommend some waterproofing or protectant if you want to keep them looking amazing forever.

Giant improvement over the Shift 2, softer foam and feel underfoot, speed roll makes this shoe seem faster than something with this much stack typically would. Works both for slow and fast days and the update on the upper is tremendously more comfortable as well. My favorite Saucony shoe yet.

Really good tempo/speed shoe but also works well with any pace. I use them for XC training and they work great on pavement and a track but also do a solid job in the grass. Really good fit and they are just a fun shoe to run in.
