[ Amazing! I came into possession of a very old Chariot Cougar 2 stroller manufactured in 2003( this is before Thule owned the company!) and wanted to make it into a bike trailer. I was pretty dubious that this kit would work with a stroller that's old enough to smoke, vote, and die in the service of its country... but Thule says it's compatible, so I figured I 'd give it a shot. We bought this for going on walks, bike rides and snowshoeing adventures. It is very manouverable and packable. Switching between the stroller and bike setup is incredibly easy. The harnesses are comfortable and easy to use. The storage pocket in the back is well worth it. The only improvement I would recommend is the front cover connection. When the cover is correctly aligned over the frame it latches, but otherwise it can slip off. It has n't been a problem for our use, but it is an area where things could be improved. Overall this is the best, most versatile stroller on the market. The attachments are well worth it.

[ The conversion kit is the real star of the City Prixe. The stroller converts to a bike trailer relatively quickly, although my husband initially found the instructions a little confusing. There is a genius little pocket in the stroller basket to store the front wheel of the stroller when in bike trailer mode. The hitch is very sturdy, well made, and safe. Its design protects the trailer from front/side impacts. The attachment to the bike itself is secure with an additional fail- safe mechanism. Safety and quality are absolutely top notch. [ My kids are 9 and 6, and they love this trailer bike. We sold our cargo bike and now use this instead. My kids love riding on this, they get a kick out of pedaling and pushing me along. I added a fender to the wheel which works great. I may switch the seat post because my kids do not like the seat and it would be nice to have a seat that is easier to adjust. The ability to remove this when we get to school and allow me to finish my commute without it is why we bought this trailer bike. I love how easy it is to connect and disconnect. I also love that I can still use panniers with the trailer bike attached. The only problem with the rack is I have big feet and this rack does not allow me to shift the panniers very far back. So far my feet are not hitting the panniers, so it does work.

I 'm delighted with my Burley Travoy. I use it to take my golf clubs to the course, then disconnect from the bike and use it as a pull trolley, it works perfectly. My large golf bag fits perfectly and the trailor easily coped with London's speed bumps and even a cattle grid at the entrance to the golf course. I also have the upper and lower market bags which are great for my grocery shopping. My car is now sitting there unused collecting dust!

I came back from Korea this morning after a 10days cycling trip with my family from Incheon to Busan over a distance of 650km plus and elevation of easily 3000m plus. As my child is only 10 years old and my wife is not a competent cyclists, I decided to carry the family's load using this Burley Travoy Trailer after weeks of research and going through many reviews on YouTube, forums as well as this testimonial site. I took the leap of faith on this trailer and she never fails me despite minimum `` test drive '' prior to my trip. It navigated superbly through tight corners, bumpy round terrains, wet weather terrain whether on downhill or up and many more hurdles along the way. I fell once on the trip and once the bike tipped over while parked but this beauty held up ok and continued to do her job hauling about 30kg of load( bike spares, kits, drone, camera equipments, clothings etc.) smoothly and quietly that I almost at times forget I was pulling her. There was even one time when we had to push our bikes up a 18% gradient mountain pass and my young daughter just could not do it anymore that I placed her 8kg bike on top the load on the trailer and push it along just fine. It was a life saver. It was the single most important item during this trip and she performed superbly. I just want to give a shout out to the design team on this.

I had attempted to do without, using a baby carrier and pushing our 2 year old son, but soon decided a double stroller was necessary. The chariot has made it easier and more enjoyable to get outside. Fantastic! Works great in any snow that you can reasonably XC or skate ski on. Pulling feels pretty light even when loaded with a 30lb toddler, water, and spare ice skates. Skis are smooth and don ’ t stick. Relatively easy to manage downhills. When ice skating, I try to preserve the skis and use the standard wheels with the ski kit body strap. That works great! Comfort tip: Make sure the pin clasps that attach the poles to the waistband point up, otherwise they may dig into hips or unclasp. While the burley itself doesn ’ t fold down easily, I really love how fast and easy it is to rearrange attachments depending on activity and conditions. Super quick set up! Best addition for winter by far. Loads of fun!

Love my trailer. It's great for fishing along trails, since with the single wheel, I can go on single track trails to the rivers edge. The axle is strong and sturdy. My only wish is that the axle could somehow a quick disconnect. I do have to carry a couple of tools to remove it when I travel and need to fix a flat. The one wheel trailer takes a little getting use to handling when you are stopped. But moving, it's awesome!

Got the pannier rack and the fatter tire. Took it on the Resurrection trail with 35 lbs or so. Really feel it on the climbs, flats and downhills are a breeze. Piled wood on it well over the sides, no problem. Great product, but climbing off- road trails with a load is a challenging prospect. Otherwise is loaded easy, carried a ton of gear and was a fairly cushy ride. This is made for backcountry adventure and we plan on testing it's limits...

Y'all are n't gon na believe this, but I biked with my dog and boyfriend all the way from San Luis Obispo, California to San Francisco, California. 300 miles of pulling my dog in the tail wagon, trailer pullin living. This thing held up like a champ, we went on dirt roads, hills, roads with potholes, got on a train and bus, and pulled a bunch of other stuff too. My dog is only 11 pounds so we had room for gear as well in the tail wagon. I highly recommend this product although it is a little pricey, it was wonderful how easily it folded up and could be stowed away or carried onto public transportation. It was also nice how easily we could switch it between the two bicycles. Thank you, Burley for this product. If you ever need an influencer or pictures to show off your tail wagon trailer, let me know. I take it on mini really cool adventures. Lol

I bought the Tail Wagon for our pup who is a Cardigan Welsh Corgi. She is just 4 months old now so we take short frequent trips to get her accustomed to riding. We did put the off road 16 ” tires on the wagon plus we added the bed Burley sells which adds a lot of comfort. If your dog is taller, it does take up a good bit of room so be sure to measure to make sure your dog and the bed will fit comfortably. I can tell my pup is going to love it as she jumps right in for the ride!

Excellent foundation for me to modify. Why the do not make a bike trailer for off road is troubling. So I took this BURLEY flat bed and made my own. Modified axle mounts and bed. And now this animal is off road capable and can carry over 250lbs with their wide tire kit.

Love it! Use my flatbed to haul inflatable boats to and from the city lakes( for demos) and for hauling items/ gear between home and the shop. Have taken it on a few grocery runs/ errands and plan to use it on a tour or two before the summer is over. Well built, easy to assemble, easy to stow. Would not mind some intentional lash points, but there is a cargo net available. Have used a rack pack and a RUX 70L on a couple of different outings and it's a pretty versatile platform. Handles nicely on mixed surfaces and around the various twists and turns- at speed. I prefer this option to a cargo bike as I can expand and contract as needed. I have the fat tires for less desirable conditions and intend to rely on this product year round- which is a challenge in Minneapolis. Regardless, very pleased with the flatbed. If only they sold direct to dealers. I do n't do business with QBP, but would likely sell more than a few.

Overall I do recommend this item. Because I ride a recumbent trike and use a trailer for my kayak, I want to transport both. The shorter tongue on the kayak trailer does not fit well under my recumbent trike carrier. Mine is a different situation than most; therefore, I do recommend this. Due to my needs, I rated this 4 instead of 5.
