I wore them hiking through the local forest preserve with my dogs where there are all types of terrain, and these held up well. They were even easy to clean after getting a bit muddy, too. Sooo comfortable, the on and off mechanism is great, they ’ re sexy cool and the “ platform ” effect gives you some( super stabilized!) height and elongation. I got the gortex one and am so happy I have a pair of white shoes I can wear in the rain now. 100% worth the investment. I ’ m between 7. 5 and 8 and I got the 8. They are adjustable with the bungee and comfortable for hours, especially as someone who has narrow feet. This is my first purchase of On shoes-- I generally buy cheaper shoes but then have to use inserts after about a month to maintain comfort. These were more pricy than I usually buy, but they were on sale, and so far I have zero regrets.- They are very comfortable. I do n't even notice them.- They are lighter colored and I am clumsy; I expected them to be stained within a couple days. I have been pleased to find that dirt/grime/spills wipe off of them easily.- I can be on my feet all day and my feet are n't tired To be honest, the only `` complaint '' I have so far is that the laces do n't stay tied all the time. Sometimes I have to retie them. I can live with that. Also( and this has nothing to do with the shoes) this is the first time I 've ever ordered from Dick's and they made the ordering and delivery process a pleasure. I would 10/10 order from Dick's Sporting Goods again.
