I was looking for a waterproof boot that was n't thermalized so I could wear it in a range of weather-- these are perfect. The Chaco footbed is nice and supportive, and the shaft is wide enough for easy on and off. Also love the finger loop at the back to help. I wear a size 8 or 8. 5 wide in women's and I bought the men's 7-- it fits perfectly and the width is great.

Usually wear a women ’s 8. 5 wide. These fit just about right. These are snug at the instep if you have “ taller ” feet; it took a few wears to start to feel comfortable, and takes a shoe horn every time to get them on. Surprisingly roomy at toe box( which is where my width is). Learher and construction seem good. Cork later at the sole makes these a bit more casual, but colorwise, plays well with all the neutrals. Good looking for a casual boot. Squeaky for first day, then not again. Haven ’ t tested waterproofing yet.

They are warm and comfortable( felt a little tight and narrow at first but now feel like a glove). My favorite boot style! This is my second pair and the color on these is perfect. My first are my daily wear shoes for work as a large animal vet assistant and I put 4 to 10 miles on them every shift and am on my feet 9- 11 hours a day.
