We have owned this camp stove for 14 years..... we use it for camping, but also to cook for large events at my kids' schools, and now for my school class. It's simply the best option for any outdoor kitchen. We love it.

[ I purchased a 14in explorer and converted it to natural gas. I wanted it to cook things in frying pans and not in the house. Things like fish. It works great and then I discovered the accessories and add- ons. I added the single pizza oven and it's just something else. Took a few tries to get the hang of it but I 'm enjoying the pizza now.

I have had my Explorer for 7 years now and it is going strong! We went from tent to Pop- up to Travel Trailer now and have only cooked on our CC. My Father- in- law and 2 brothers- in- law also have them. Have almost all of the accessories. My only issue is that it seems to get heavier every year?! LOL It IS the only thing we cook on, period! I also bought a CC WW smoker and the 600FTG as well!

I volunteer heavily with both the BSA and the GSA and needed something to be portable and have the ability to cook a decent amount of food. I bought the Explorer 14 2 Burner Stove And the full size griddle for it. It was easy to assemble, Easy to clean, and I was able to cook two breakfasts and a dinner with ease for a troop of hungry Girlscouts this past weekend. It also heats up water for dishes and cocao pretty fast! Looking back I wish I had also purchased the single burner griddle and the leg levelers. Overall a great stove. It is going to go with me on all future camp outs!

I purchased quite a few Camp Chef burners and the Professional Oven for personal use, and there is no better way to protect them then genuine Camp Chef bags. These bags are heavy duty material with heavy duty zippers. The product that the bag is designed to fit has plenty of room for the item and its accessories( if any). The bags either have multiple handles, which are heavy duty material and double stitched, or a solid carry handle. There is nothing but QUALITY concerning this bag, and all their bags. I did n't hesitate to purchase this one and others. All my Camp Chef stoves are protected. Thank you Camp Chef for making and offering this product.

I bought this to use as a gear bag for my dutch oven gear and it works great to keep all my stuff together. I had been using a canvas duffle bag, but this works better to keep cooking gear organized. I have several camp chef bags and all are heavy duty and stand up to continued use.

Trip Leader
I purchased the Everest 2X based on feedback from other trip leaders in my non profit group. This stove works great for fast cooking for a group and our organization is using these stoves to replace Coleman stoves. The stove goes through propane faster than Coleman stoves however so bring plenty of fuel if cooking for a group in the field. Stove is easy to set up, light and sturdy in windy conditions. So far it is everything I could want in a camp stove, looking forward to using it on upcoming trips.

A fine camp stove, quick lighting and powerful burners at 20, 000 BTUs each. For comparison, the largest burner on a home gas stove is usually 20, 000 BTUs. Folds up nicely and works flawlessly. A solid purchase.

Bought the ranger II stove and searched hi and low for a bag that would work well with it. This is a perfect fit for my needs. I cut the top off the heavy duty box the ranger II came in and lined the top edge with duck tape. There is enough room along side the bag for the hoses and other grill needs. Bag is heavy duty and should last a good long time. Kudo ’s to the guy who suggested this bag in his review of the Ranger II.

RJKSR
I replaced my 2- burner CampChef Weekender with the 3- burner Pro 90X and purchased this bag because I want to protect the new stove from the get- go. At first, I though that the bag was too small, but after getting the stove into the bag, it seems to fit very well. You do need to develop the knack of getting the stove in the bag, but after a couple times it goes very smoothly. There is a nice sleeve inside the top of the bag to hold the wind screen, which helps to keep it from causing or receiving damage. I have a two burner Camp Chef griddle( and bag) that fits this stove well. There is room for the grease drip tray in the top( handle section) of the bag. I wrap it in an old dish towel to keep if from receiving or causing damage. This seems to be a nice quality bag and fits the stove well.

In my opinion this is the best Coleman Stove. The clicking igniter is more durable than the push button type and it does n't move the whole stove when trying to lite- up. The wind deflectors are simple and perform as advertised, the grate is durable and provides adequate support. I expect to have 50 year life with this stove in which it will outlast me. I have been using Coleman camping products since 1963 and this retro stove is the one to buy.

fabkaos_3445
This is a great one. The ghost stove can be used pretty much anywhere as long as you have your little propane you can cook just about anything. It is doable and breaks down very easily. It can be cleaned easy and it has a shield that wraps around three corners of it That helps with any type of splatter or wind really a great addition to any campsite or outing where you need a stove two burner is even better.
$274.99
The larger surface area and higher heat allows for quick searing of way more food than would be manageable on a traditional 8- 12 ” skillet, not to mention how much bringing the cooking process outdoors keeps your kitchen free of excess steam, smoke, oil splatter,

This came with my Woodwind grill. I can not be happier with the stove itself or the quality of the griddle. I have cooked many breakfasts on the griddle to the delight of all those that ate. This grill was gifted to my mom many years ago. We use this as her grill for the house. It ’s easy to roll out of the way and store in garage. This grill has fed many family gatherings of over 20 people. The grill is so well used that the handles are now melted off and one of the grill plates are cracked and broken off. I use the whisperlite in winter for its reliability. Perfect for melting snow with a 2L pot. In summer and fall I prefer the ease of use of a canister stove with the pocket rocket.

After a January camping trip in NH, where temps dropped to 5 deg. F, and I could n't get my MSR Pocketrocket to work, I purchased this lifesaver. Used it in February, again in NH, and will forever more carry my WhisperLite in the deep winter.
5
Aaron K.
Tried and true, it's obvious why the whisperlite remains the top expedition stove. Although it's quite different than the canister stoves, it was very easy to learn and get used to. Boiled a liter of water relatively quickly below freezing temps. Very excited to continue using the stove throughout the winter. I definitely recommend for anyone who enjoys winter fun like I do.

The grill is just the right size when cooking for two. I like the two burners. What ’s different is the need for water to use the grill. I didn ’ t experience any flare ups while cooking, however getting rid of the water is a pain when you ’ re at a campground since it has grease in it.

[ This is an excellent grill for camping. It is small enough to be portable but large enough for cooking a lot of food at once. It heats up fast and the heat is easy to control. There are two separate burners. The inside grate is in two pieces and we got the pan accessory so we can be grilling on one side and heating stuff in a pan on the other side. The drip pan is great. You just put water in it and any grease drips right in the water making it so easy to clean up. The regulator is easy to attach and simple so it would be really hard to strip it accidentally. Overall, the best grill we have had and we 've been camping for a long time.

[ This actually comes double boxed which I really like because it protects the product. It is very heavy because of the pot being cast iron. The pot is a 5 gallon cast iron with feet and it's pre- seasoned which is awesome. It also has an aluminum lid to cover the pot. The frame of the pot you bought together so it's provides extra sturdiness for the cooker. It's heated by using a propane tank. This is awesome for tailgating or for camping because even though it's called the jambalaya pot you can virtually cook tons of stuff in this like chili or soups or do a fish fry. The only thing it says you can not use it for is to fry a whole turkey which is understandable because it's only 5 gallon. If you love camping or tailgating or just like to have a pot instead of a grill this is awesome to have. For my large family we do a lot of Chili's and gumbos and soups so this is going to really be great on our next camping trip in a couple of weeks

I ’ ve only tested it in the yard. Wow, it really does boil fast. I love the fact that I can safely handle it immediately after boil.

The wind block collar adds a bit to the weight but is more than worth it. Works great on windy nights. Best stove I 've ever had. Cup locks into place so it's stable and heats up very fast. Heats 1 cup of water for me with 100 g fuel so I get 10- 13 meals from one small cannister.

This burner is absolute Best- In- The- World! I can light the fire in all weather, from summer to deep winter. Just a kindly wish from here: Make it a little lighter, and no system will be able to compete with this burner!

I love this compact easy to operate stove. I used it on a recent canoe trip and was impressed at the speed I could boil water. I did have a water filter breakdown and had to rely on the stove for boiling water and the unit was effective as well as efficient to use. It ’s a very smart design easy to set up, stable and easy to light. The wire helps knowing that the unit is lit on startup.

About as compact as it gets with a regulated backpacking stove. I usually prefer the systems like Flash and MicroMo, but I always keep an extra MightyMo in my kit. It's small and affordable enough to keep a few handy for emergencies or as a backup. I love that you can place any pot or pan on the fold- out arms. Small but mighty!

Its packs down to nothing. Its lightweight. Its a great piece of gear to have

This is my first isobutane stove and the Mighty Mo is a great choice. It's incredibly compact and light weight, along with incredibly easy to use. Hook it up to the fuel and you are cooking in seconds, water is boiling in just minutes. Would recommend this to anybody in the market for a new stove.

[ Have used surplus burners, Coleman grills, and numerous other items while camping to boil water and heat meals. This has been the fastest and easiest way to do it so far. Good for back packing also. Highly recommend.

Really like how compact this cook system is. I use it for 3 people backpacking. I ’ m not a fanatic about weight, but as I get older I definitely appreciate how lightweight this is. I like how is fits what I need all in a small container.

[ An awesome solo stove that can do it all. If you ’ re looking to boil water for coffee or reheat last nights meal for breakfast this is a must for solo camping all while saving weight.

I purchased this item, with the french press attachment, to take on primitive camp outings with the boy scouts. This worked perfect for what I purchased it for, which was the ability to have hot coffee in the mornings. Also took it on day backpacking trips to have a hot lunch. This item would be good for any beginner looking for a stove/pot lightweight combo.

I bought two of these stash. Cook sets one for myself and one for my sister. My sister had experienced a really bad storm in DFW without power so I sent her one of these so she could make lentils and rice. It came in clutch! The second use case I have for it is… I feed my dog, the honest kitchen brand food, which is basically freeze dried human grade, but in powder form. You basically mix it up with hot water and make a nice thick porridge. I keep one in my truck so that I could quickly heat up or barely warm up the water to make a hot meal for my coco pup basically anywhere we are! Plug: i also own the 3 other JetBoils. The Genesis full system, micro mo and mini mo. Took the mini mo to Banff and made the Food- for- sole brand meals. It was amazing to have it take care of 6 people using it taking turns. We had our food and a gallon of water. Spent the entire day at lake lousie and kept everyone nourished. They all have a place in our camp setup.

I car camp on weekends to just get away for a day or two and I wanted the easy system that requires no instruction memorization. I bought this one and the coffee pot. Bam! Breakfast is water heat and eat and dinner is open a can of organic soup add a few fresh touches and a good easy hot meal. It seem light weight so anyone could really use this.

[ Jet boil has a power to weight ratio that makes it perfect for bike packing. We use it in particular with dehydrated food, soups and noodles. The press makes the best coffee ever. Sure the remote spots and fresh air where we ride means everything taste better, but even at home Jetboil makes the best coffee.

I use this heater with a large 4 man shanty and it keeps it heated. First trip out this year was in sub- zero weather and we stayed warm all day long. One small tank of propane lasts about 3- 4 hrs on low setting. The only time I ’ ve used medium setting is to cook and have never used the high setting. I highly recommend for the fisherman who likes to travel light.

This stove is pretty easy to use and has a straight forward design. It ’s functioned well in both hot and cold weather for me multiple times. I don ’ t know if it is any more effective than a pocket rocket for most people. But if you are boiling larger pots of water for a whole group the extra support of the legs really help keep things stable. All in all I would recommend this stove it might not be the lightest but works like a charm!

Recently did a trip with some buddies in the White Mountains. We summited North and South Twin, Zealand, and Hale. It was late December so temperatures were around 20F. After letting the stove heat up for about a minute, I flipped the canister upside down to put it in four season mode. I do n't remember how long it took to boil my water but our elevation was about 4600' and it did n't feel very long. The stove was even so compact that I fit it into my 1L pot, along with a small rag and my zippo. I 've only used it in the field a handful of times but the thing seems bombproof. I even spilled a bunch of water on it and after lighting it again, it only took a few seconds to clear the water and work normally again. Definitely recommend!

[ This is an amazing product. Turning the can upside down is the new trick that we learned. Makes sense and so simple. Reaching he boil point is quick.

[ Bought this for a boundary waters trip and for backpacking with multiple people. Wanted something bigger than my pocket rocket. The low stance and hose really help with stability. My 1L msr pot fits well on it. Probably could fit a 250 g canister and this burner in the pot( have not tried). Nice feature of being able to flip the canister with the built in tripod. Only feature I miss is an ignition.

Great Stove and Pot: Does exactly what it was built tor. Stove is well constructed, easy to unfold and connect to a gas canister. Easy to light and regulate the pressure. On our first outing, I lit the stove, placed the pot over the top, then added 14 ozs of water. I had a boil going within two minutes, then I added my pre- mixed dehydrated meal of beans and rice. 5 minutes later, I had beans, rice and Fritos for 4 people after a long day of hiking the TX Trails. This is a great stove and pot. I hope your experience is as great as mine.

I have an overland sprinter van so this is nice when I want to cook with fire outside instead of the induction cooktop in the van. Everything store quick and easy in its own carrying case. The little propane bottles last quite a long time when using this. Not a huge fan of the lid for the pan but also don ’ t really use it at all for it to be an issue. Great little stove.

[ I recently purchased this product to carry in my pickup as a basecamp. It is compact and the ease of use is amazing. I greatly appreciate the ability to control the flame from quick boil to simmer. Game changer. I stopped using my Karu for a while because I got lazy about burning wood. I still prefer wood, of course, but this is so easy!!! I ’ m still learning to control the heat for other foods- didn ’ t nail my tomahawk- but I know I ’ ll figure it out. Very happy with this addition!

[ This part is a must have if you ’ re planning on doing several pizzas. It ’s too hard to manage the firebox for long term use and keep everyone eating pizzas consecutively.

[ Works as it should. Can get back of stone up to 850°, front low 7s. Have been using in pretty cool temps so that may make a difference. Recommended to keep front door off makes it a little harder to heat I would imagine. Satisfied overall though- it ’s quick and easy if you don ’ t feel like messing with wood.
