Very Nice Cooler. Igloo stepped their game up! I did a 24 hour on this cooler as soon as I got it to decide if I would keep it. I put an 7lb bag of ice in it with some bottles of water. I left the cooler outside on the deck in 90 degree weather overnight. I checked at the 12 hour mark and 24 hour mark. At 24 hours the water to ice ratio from the ice was about 80% water 20% ice. The ice water was ice cold and the bottles we ice cold. This is exactly what I wanted the pack for, as most people buying it would use it for 24 hours or less. Ideally, I will be using it for maybe 12 hours max at a time so this pack is perfect for me.

I originially bought the yeti 110 when they were in desert tan, i loved this cooler it has been all over the mountains of se oklahoma in jeeps and my rzr, and seen many miles from the back of my work truck, it had plenty of room for drinks and food for me and my crew, i always choose to use my personal yeti cooler because of the longevity of ice.. Recently a theif thought he needed it worse than i did cut my cables and it was gone.. But from my experience with my old one i bought a new one and will make sure it goes inside anytime im going to be out of the truck for an extended period, i highly recomend the 110 and using quality restraints and security devices because they are in a high demand in other cultures..

My sister and her husband have a Tundra110 on their boat. Not only did it hold ice for several days, it provided a place to sit- even in 3'- 4' waves while moving across a lake at 50+ mph. I do n't know what the specifications of the handles are; but it held me firmly planted on a wild ride! Thank God there is no video!:)
5
Andrew Albosta
We ’ ve had our 110 for half the summer and it has surpassed my skeptical expectations. After using it for a couple back to back weekends on the Colorado River above Moab in 100+ degree heat I ’ m a believer. What ’s really made an impact is that after sitting in a raft all weekend and then a few more days in the sun of our driveway, there is still ice! Regarding strength, some friends of ours have a Tundra 125 that floated away after high siding a rock on the Dolores River above the Pumphouse take out this spring. Their cooler was found by another party over 5 miles downstream after passing through the notorious Snaggletooth rapids and multiple class 3 sections of river. The cooler had one character adding gouge but was otherwise unscathed.

It offers ample space for ice and drinks, helping to keep food fresh and saving you the hassle of constantly running back to the kitchen. [ This is sturdy! I sat on it with my 11 year old and it feels like sitting on concrete. No budge. It holds a lot being that it ’s 55 quart. It ’s easily moved with the wheels. It also has really comfortable handles to make it easier to transfer too. The color really pops and makes me feel like I stand out. This seems to be super insulated. I got it delivered when it was cold and left it closed for hours and opened it and it was still freezing even though my house is in the 70s. The walls are thick. It has places to tie it down. The latch is super easy to open and I have hypermobility issues. The wheels are really big! It ’s easy to move around because of that. Even when it ’s heavy the wheels make it more manageable. I love that it ’s big enough to have a seat on it too. I love love love this!

It took awhile to find the perfect size cooler. This is money well spent, it ’s plenty large enough, and keeps food cold. I especially like the tray at the top, so soft foods don ’ t get crushed. I bought this cooler a few weeks ago to replace my few year old busted and cracked( insert other brand here) cooler that was destroyed by the sun. As a full time fishing guide my coolers get abused especially since they sit in full sun every day. My 2 year old 75qt yeti that I use as a casting platform on the bow still looks like new! This is what steered me to purchase the 160. Paired with the seat cushion that took 5 minutes to install I love it!

I bought this cooler for long back county trips with clients. It provides plenty of size while still fitting nicely in the bed of a standard pickup. The depth is not too deep and the length is not too long. We debated on the 160 vs 210, but for food practicality we decided on the 160 due to the depth difference. Will be purchasing more in the future.

[ I love the sleek look of this cooler! It is advertised to hold temperature/keep ice cold for 4 days which it easily does! It is on the larger side( 54 quarts) and easily held all of our food for a 4 day camping trip for our family of 4, but still fit nicely in the trunk of our small car with the rest of our camping supplies. The cooler construction is very nice! The latch is nice and sturdy and the cooler lid can hold up to 250lbs( worked as an in a pinch chair!) When we were all done with our trip, the cooler was super easy to drain! It has a built in channel drain, so you do n't have to awkwardly tilt it to empty it. We will be using this cooler quite a bit this summer!

I 've beaten up the outside a bit bit not much. Tough as nails. I would 've gone thru a couple of regular coolers by now, and I expect my YETI to outlast me, so as I tell people, its a great investment. Mom always said, but quality, it 'll pay off.

We went on a week long road trip to Yellowstone National Park and bought this right before the trip. Did the “ pre- cooling ” thing the day before. Threw 2 bags of ice and a frozen 2 liter bottle of water in there with our food the day we left town. Didn ’ t have to buy more ice for 4 days! And the 2 liter bottle still had a big frozen chunk in there! I was more than impressed with how long everything stayed cold in this!

Got the 75 for a Meat locker when I quarter my deer to give me time to process it during early season. I have used it twice and has been absolutely AWESOME! I think I will be getting a 110 next. Some people say these coolers are heavy when they have Ice. I did not find that to be the case. The ice retention is Phenomenal and it does exactly what I need it to do I did n't have to swap out ice once in 3 days and there was ALOT of it left. I also got the Divider for when we go camping it fits great! Dry basket is also nice! But I will be using this for processing mostly.

[ 316 COOLER 65QT WHL looks so beautiful, easy to pull and eye catching. I love the size, shape and color and it does really do its job very well. The fact that it has wheels is a plus for me because, it makes moving it very easy. The quality is great and the inside is fully insulated. We used this for my daughter ’s birthday and the drinks& ice left inside was still chilled even after 3 days. We had 80 cans of drinks, and they all fitted inside with little space left. It does have a drainage inside for easy draining of water or fluid. It ’s easy to open, and it does have a feature on both side for carrying or you can use the trolley. I love it because its very effective and I will recommend it.

[ We use this cooler when we go to the lake on the weekends, and it can hold all the drinks and snacks you and your family could need. The ice does not melt for several hours, and the wheels make it so nice for transporting and moving it around on different terrains. We also use the COLEMAN- 316 COOLER 65QT WHL 5861 RCK/W/RCK C2 at home on the patio when we have friends and family over. When you 're outside enjoying a cold drink and the weather is just right, you do not want to get up and walk inside for another drink. With this big boy, we can keep it stocked and just grab one and not miss a beat while playing yard bowling or horseshoes. This cooler is the big one, it's the one that's gon na keep all the things nice and cold and you wo n't have worry about whether or not you can fit everything in it. We love it!

[ This backpack soft cooler is so convenient. It works so well when we go hiking or having a small picnic. It's a light weight backpack. I believe the outside is made of silicone. The zippers are special. It has 2 layers. One is a normal zipper, and the other is like a ziplock. when we pull the zipper we actually zip 2 zippers at the same time. That's cool but it's a little hard to pull. Maybe because it's new. Hope it gets smoother after using it more often.

It is convenient and when you wear it, it is durable and comfortable. I carried it on my back to our destination. It kept the stuff cold and we enjoyed what was inside it. This can be used also when we go camping and the beach. Great quality product.

MAW6
This cooler really has everything I was looking for in a performance cooler. The insulation is great. It has secure closing tabs. It has a drain plug. It has a bottle opener. It is a little on the heavy side but all of the good in this cooler can not happen without some weight. Having said that, this cooler is much lighter than many of its competitors. Some folks dig on coolers not keeping cool as long as advertised. It is important to realize that if you put ice/drinks/food in a warm cooler you are bound to have some initial melting just to bring the temperature down. Add some ice prior to using the cooler and it will last really well. No question it's a great deal for what you get.
5
EdSled
The trail mate cooler is the perfect size for the backseat of your car. Having the ability to keep ice upwards of 4- 6 days is a great feature when traveling. The drain plug, which many coolers don ’ t have anymore in this size, allows you to urge water and add needed ice. For two people traveling we find it the perfect size for our needs. Also the weight of the cooler was a big factor in this purchase

Cary1967
I have a similar cooler from Igloo. I bought this one as a raffle prize for our golf tournament. Very well made and I like the handle and like the rubber lock down latches. I like the Trailmate 25. It is big but not bulky or too heavy like some coolers in this size range. It has a metal handle with a nice rubberized grip on it. While similar to other models Igloo offers, this cooler has a seal in the lid, improved rubber latches, drain plug, and heavy duty hinges on the back. It is made in USA which I appreciate and is very solid. Not sure how many total days it can retain ice, since I only use for weekend use. I hope this lasts me many years. Overall I would recommend this cooler. Minor issues that could be improved: 1. I would like the handle to `` lock '' in the upright position to reduce the cooler from swaying side to side while carrying it. 2. The notches where the rubber latches secure are hollow underneath. This allows the latches to scrape/scuff the plastic edges which could possibly wear down overtime. 3. The drain plug could be a tad lower in the cooler so it does n't have to be tipped to drain the last remaining water. 4. I added no- skid furniture pads to the bottom to reduce scratches and scuffs and increase grip for transportation.

[ Bought this cooler for camping with our rv after spending a lot of money through the week on ice with our old cooler. This cooler keeps everything cold beyond what we ever thought any cooler could! When camping last August at the beach, we bought$ 15 dollars in ice. That ’s nothing compared to$ 20- 25 bucks before we bought it. I don ’ t think we would have spent that much, but it was so hot and humid, it played a part in ice consumption. Aside from that, we have gone 3 days without adding ice. The ice might be melted, but when you stick your hand in for a drink, it ’s still very cold! Highly recommend any Coleman products.

I bought this cooler on a Friday morning since I was going camping in 90 degree weather and needed something that would keep my food cold for a few days. On Friday at 11: 00am I put 6( 7lb) bags of ice in it and loaded it up with tons of food I had prepped to feed 7 people. I got to the campsite at 3pm and the temperature was 92 degrees. I put it in the shade. Saturday it was 98 degrees. I got home Sunday( 92 degrees) evening and took all the food out and drained some of the water out and put it back in my car. I left ice in it because I wanted to see how long it would last. It has been in my car for 24 hours and there is still a good amount of ice chunks in it( see photo). I am impressed. I was worried as some of the reviews mentioned cheap handles but I feel like it is pretty sturdy and didn ’ t have any issues.

Our old cooler broke.... we decided on this on because of the wheels. Its has a lot of space inside and it kept ice in it for 4 days, and 2 of those days we were outside at a softball tournament!!

A can cooler with a lid helps to keep beverages cold for an extended period by minimizing heat exposure. The lid also prevents spills and contamination from external elements, making it ideal for outdoor activities. Additionally, it can help maintain carbonation in canned beverages, ensuring a refreshing taste with every sip.
Can coolers with lids are typically made from durable materials such as insulated plastic, soft fabric, or metal. Insulated plastic coolers often feature thick walls to enhance temperature retention, while soft-sided coolers may use water-resistant fabrics for added protection. The choice of material can affect the cooler's weight, portability, and insulation efficiency.
When selecting a can cooler with a lid, consider the number of cans you typically need to store and the duration of your outings. Smaller coolers are great for short trips or picnics, while larger options are better suited for gatherings or extended outdoor activities. Additionally, think about portability and whether you prefer a soft-sided or hard-sided design.
Yes, can coolers with lids are versatile and can be used for various outdoor activities such as camping, tailgating, beach outings, and picnics. Their ability to keep drinks cold and secure makes them a practical choice for any event. However, it's important to choose a cooler that meets the specific demands of your activity, such as size and insulation performance.
When shopping for a can cooler with a lid, consider features such as insulation efficiency, portability, and ease of cleaning. Look for coolers with sturdy handles or straps for easy transport, and check if they have additional pockets for storage. Some coolers may also offer extra features like built-in cup holders or drainage plugs for convenience.
