[ Great exercise ball! I choose the 65 inch exercise core ball because I am a fairly large man. This ball works great with working my core. Also great to use while gaming. This ball was slightly hard to inflate to 65inches, using hand pump.

[ Pretty strong when inflated properly. Really nice color. Great for many exercises or just sitting on it to help strengthen your core. Great for your back, put against a wall and roll it up and down, or put under you on the floor and roll it. The grandkids love to play with this ball. They do n't understand it's an exercise ball, they just see fun. Lol.
