I didn??? t expect to like these as much as I do. These were perfect for the purpose I bought them for which was for Apple Fitness+ lower body strength workouts. I celebrated my 250th strength workout in these and surprisingly also received the burned the most calories award so I have to believe they definitely contributed to that. I sized down to an 8 from my usual Nike size 8. 5 and glad I did??? the EasyOn coupled with the Hyperlift stability plate makes it so easy to slip on/off. The grip is also phenomenal on these, I??? ll have no issue upping the weight going forward! No cons though note that these are absolutely not running shoes, I wouldn??? t even try as they??? re much too firm/blocky for that.

I ’ ve bought Reebok Nano 6 ’s for years and they ’ ve been great for CrossFit workouts. I recently switched to more HIIT workouts and really felt the need for more cushioning- especially going from box jumps to sprints and more. I bought the metcons in both 8. 5( my normal size) and 9 ’s as people said to size up. They were comfortable and had more cushioning yet the same stability as my metcons but the sizing was a bit weird. My normal size felt a little bit tighter/smaller but the 9 ’s felt huge. I stuck with my normal size and did my first HIIT workout and they were SOLID. Super comfortable, stable for heavy lifts, and most importantly didnt feel tight. Definitely my new favorite shoe. Highly recommended.

They look great, feel more stable than the 8 ’s, and have a little more toe room. One additional thing to note is that the traction pattern is way better on the 9, as my 8 ’s toe traction ripped after repeatedly doing planks. It seems like that will not happen with the 9.

I bought these with skepticism- Nike usually has good looking shoes, but often underdeliver with quality and functionality. These shoes get the job done. I purchased with the intention of wearing them in the weight room- no desire to run and/or jump in them. They provide excellent ankle support and a wide toe base so that you 're able to get your feet set before every lift. The firm sole provides little toe bend, which I appreciate. I would n't recommend them if you 're wanting to run, they 're heavier and on the clunky side, but think they 're well suited for a lifting or HIIT type shoe.

Great show for weightlifting and stability, but runs small. I am a size 7. 5 and generally wear an 8 in Nike sneakers( Pegasus, etc.) so that I have room in the toes in case my feet swell a little from heat or hiking, etc. I ordered the Metcon in my normal Nike size of 8 and my big toe is basically at the tip of the shoe, so I need to exchange them for an 8. 5. If I was using them for hiking or anything I thought would make my feet swell, I might even size up to a 9 which would be absolutely wild! Anyway, just thought I would leave a review because these are way small.

These shoes are designed well and are definitely well made. They fit true to size( I 'm a size 13 in the other big name brands and was a size 13 here too). Unfortunately, I had to return them because they did n't fit me properly. I have quite straight feet, and these shoes have too much of a curve inwards for my feet. So my big toe was in the middle of the toe box and my outside two toes were mushed up against the side of the shoe. Just keep this in mind if you have straight feet. I really wish I could have kept these shoes though because they 're really nice.

I 've had these for 4 months now and have racked up about 60( fast) miles. I use these for all of my fast runs from tempos around 6: 00/mi pace all the way down to 30 second 200m repeats. They are a lot more stable than my previous speed shoes, the Vaporfly 3. Highly recommend for anyone wanting a speed trainer or more stable race day shoe.

[ I recently tried out the Women's Glycerin StealthFit 22, and overall, I was really impressed. Right out of the box, the comfort level was top notch—plush, cushy, and super soft underfoot. The StealthFit sock- like top felt snug and secure in a good way, and I liked the way it hugged my foot without feeling too tight. It gave the shoe a sleek, modern feel that really stood out compared to traditional designs. Style- wise, I absolutely loved the look of the Glycerin StealthFit 22. The material of the upper has a clean, breathable, almost knit- like texture that not only looks sharp but feels great too. It feels like a shoe that ’s just as appropriate for a casual day out as it is for a workout. I got a few compliments the first time I wore them, which is always a good sign! That said, I did notice a couple of small things. While the StealthFit sock top felt great overall, it sometimes made my foot feel like it was slipping just a bit inside the shoe, especially on longer runs. It wasn ’ t a dealbreaker, but something I had to adjust to. And while I usually love cushioned shoes, the sole of the Glycerin was almost too soft for me. I ’ m used to running in the Brooks Adrenaline GTS, which has a firmer, more supportive feel, so this felt more spongy than what I ’ m used to. Still, I ’ d absolutely recommend the Glycerin StealthFit 22 to anyone who prefers a softer ride. It ’s super comfortable, stylish, and has some really nice updates in terms of fit and material. [ I have been a fan of Brooks for years but this was my first time trying the Glycerin StealthFit 22, and I am so glad that I did! The Glycerin StealthFit 22 is now my immediate go to for my daily exercise routine that includes indoor and outdoor training( walking, weight lifting and running). The fit of the shoe took me about a day to get adjusted, but was very comfortable from the beginning. I log about 15- 20 miles a week and have used the shoe for about 2 months, and it still provides plenty of support and comfort. I appreciate how easy it is to put on the shoe with the elastic around the ankle and how thick the soles are. The shoe is also made out of a very breathable fabric so my feet never feel overly warm. Overall, the Glycerin StealthFit 22 is a great all around training shoe that will accommodate any of my exercise training needs and desires.

Amazing support and you feel great when running. My pair is black and white and the white part gets slightly dirty easily. I took the insoles out, threw them in the wash on delicate, let them air dry and they are good as new! So very happy with these shoes. Must get for every runner/walker/stander, etc. MUST BUY!!

I 've been using the gore- Tex trail shoes with Currex high arch insoles for more than a year of consecutive daily running. I was doing more trail/gravel running til late winter& switched to the track for later runs. This is my first carbon plate Nikes and I ca n't believe how much faster& lighter they feel on my feet. Of course now I want to try the vapor/alphas as well. I have really high arches and it is like they made this shoe to fit me perfectly. I may end up putting my insoles in but I had not even needed them for my first week of runs in them. I 'm definitely going faster than I 'd even imagined. Great shoes. I 'd love to see more colorways. I actually worked in them the first night I got them and had several complements. I felt like I was Tigger from Winnie the Pooh bouncing around the hospital all night.

I ’ m relatively new to road racing( having done just one half marathon this year) and this is my first carbon shoe. My warm up mile was light and breezy in this shoe and my speed work was definitely faster than normal. I struggled to run slow in these shoes for my cool down mile- your feet turnover fast in these shoes. I did have to size up a half size from a 7. 5 to 8, but super pleased after just one run. I worry that the 8mm drop is a little too high for me to use on long runs tho, but we ’ ll see.
