I already own these boots without the safety toe and love them. These are no different aside of the break- in period. The non- steel toe were like house slippers from day one. These have taken a few weeks of wear to soften up and I am still having an issue with my left boot, but the right is great. They are extremely comfortable and easy to stand on most of the day. They run perfect to size and the steel toe is not invasive like other brands I have tried. I work in an environment that has a number of silicone based chemicals on the floor and it is slippery, but not in these boots! I have not even come close since I started wearing them. I do n't usually buy slip on shoes/boots because I hate it when they slide up and down on my heel. These do not slide. They definitely take a little work to get on, but man do they fit well and stay snug. Being a little more difficult to put on is worth how they fit and feel. Playing in the mud
So far so good! They were a little uncomfortable at first but after a week there are comfy. I wish the tongue was attached a like higher up the boot so you can stand in deeper water but other than that they work flawlessly! I ’ m a well driller and good boys are hard to find that hold up to the constant mud and water every day. George boots hold up better than anything I ’ ve slipped my foot in!

I bought these boots over a year ago. So far they have been pretty good. I work as a full time diesel technician and occasionally have to do landscaping and construction work and these boots have held up pretty well to everything I do. The oil, diesel, break cleaner, etc have not hurt the leather nor the stitches at all. I will say I am disappointed in the insoles, being that they only lasted me about 4 months. I have had to replace the insoles quite often but mainly because I do weigh about 255 lbs and have a very wide foot. Also the hook eyelet on my left boot broke after about 6 months as well. The water proof feature has been great even for being a lace up boot. I ’ ve been I some fairly deep water( nearly covering up the entire boot) and haven ’ t had any water go into these boots or the leather. All in all these boots have been a strong and sturdy boot for what I need them for. I ’ d recommend them highly since I haven ’ t had much issues with them besides the two mentioned and have found them super comfortable

Great fit, easy on and off but stays put while moving around, these are definitely stretch fit, the laces seem to be decorative in my opinion. Materials seem durable so far, I especially appreciate the extra protection around the `` accidentally kicked a pallet corner '' area. The soles feel like I 'm standing on a fatigue mat even when I 'm not. If I had to complain the outer side of the arch support is very high which has been painful for the first hundred hours or so of wear but it's getting better as it collapses. Overall a much lighter and comfortable alternative to the traditional steel toed work boot.

I also like the fact that you can slip them on and off without having to tie and untie them every time, which is super convenient for the application for where I am wearing them. Wrong size
They seem to be a size smaller than normal size. I have always wore a 9 1/2 in all my shoes and boots but they seem to fit like an 8 1/2. This USA Georgia Boot Logger is built like a dang tank, but rides or feels like a Cadillac once broken in. The comfort core footbed is different for sure, but it is very comfortable. Because they ’ re multiple layers of leather, break in does take some time, but it ’s not terrible. I do own 3 pairs of this boot and rotate them out. Well first off these are Lightweight and at the end of the day you don ’ t feel like a horse shedding a saddle. They slip off and my feet feel great. I did put my arch supports in and these boots picked up where my other Georgia boots left off. The soles of the boots grip well on many surfaces and the tops have a nice feel and not too restrictive also. I ordered a half size bigger, since I wear wool soaks for added cushion on my feet. Now the only draw back is I wish they were a little narrower by a little. These feel like they are wide instead of a standard width. Again, my wool soaks help make up for some of the looseness but it is not a deal breaker by no means. Thus far for everyday work boots for someone who is on their feet a lot on concrete, these have done really well.

I have had these boots for about 6months now. They look amazing and has been a very durable, I build houses from foundation to the roof so I say all environments and these have done well. The waterproofing has seem to do good so far but with winter coming I ’ ll really put them to the test. As for fit they do run tight, I even got a 10W and it ’s still pretty snugged on the sides, I ’ m assuming that ’s to get the square to incorporated in them that causes that. I would suggest maybe ordering a half size bigger than normal. Traction is pretty good for the everyday wear and work, if you ’ re going to be on hill sides all day this boot isn ’ t for you. [ Fit and finish is just as expected out of Carhartt. Comfortable right out of the box. Ordered wide width and they are just that. Seems they do scuff pretty easily though.

My boots just come in and they are a one size 2 BIG. Normally I ’ ll wear a ten. I had to send back and get a nine they come in and they fit perfect. They look good and I will buy another pair if they don ’ t quit making them.
