So far so good. I looked long& hard for something to help with campsite organization. We&# x27; re a camping family that takes meal prep seriously- we don&# x27; t settle for hotdogs and canned bbq beans alone- not knocking hotdogs, but we do enjoy a good meal at camp. Along with that comes a chaotic camp kitchen. I&# x27; d read enough positive reviews on the slim- fold to sway me to pick one up. We used it over a 4- day 4th of July camping trip to put it through its paces. I&# x27; m quite happy with it- it upgraded my kitchen storage game quite a bit. I&# x27; m impressed by the build quality and expect it&# x27; ll last a good number of years. Quite steady. If it had been a bit deeper it might be sturdier, but once it has a few heavy items on top, it&# x27;s pretty steady on flat/even ground. And that&# x27; d be a trade- off. I&# x27; d r recommend it to a fried. While I give it 5 stars, I&# x27; d note two things: 1) addition of a hangable mesh under the main surface would expand dish drying surface greatly, and 2) keep in mind that the aluminum main surface is a little slippery- we use a metal Camp Chef stove and it was a little slippery. I&# x27; m going to look for a 16x24 '' peice of thin rubber to create a friction layer between them so it doesn&# x27; t slip around.

Great Stove. I own three total, but this one is our elk camp stove. We use it 3 weeks per year and it's buried in a stash on our property the rest of the year. It's been up there for 18 years and fires up every time we pull it out. Pro 14 two burner cooktop Went to our inaugural Halloween bike ride and one of the guys pulled out a older version of the Pro 14 two burner cooktop and griddle. I could n't believe how easily it setup, cleaned up and made a ton of food for every that came that day. It worked so well that my wife and I ordered one immediately to use on our own trips, gatherings and just some Sunday morning cookout fun. We also purchased the two burner griddle and griddle carrying bags for both the stove and griddle, so nice to keep everything neat and sorted. I 've only used it a couple of times so far but one thing i really noticed was how nice the burner control is, you can turn it down all the way and not worry about the burner flaming out. My only complaint which is minor is that the flip out red lid covers do n't sit completely flat like my friends did. Perhaps they will wear in with a bit more use.

Long honest review here and I want to start this review off with this is my very first full sized griddle. I have always just used the Camp Chef Sidekick Griddle on the Woodwind Smoker. Before buying I put in my time researching and looking at reviews and I am so happy I went with The Gridiron 36. This thing is sturdy, easy to use, and just looks badass. I am about 2 months in and keep saying I ’ m glad I stuck with Camp Chef equipment. First it arrived in perfect condition and was easy to put together. Everything about it is fantastic. The lid is awesome and love how it ’s connected for easy on and off. The four burners and ignition is great and have not had a single issue. Extremely quiet when I turn it on. The shelves on the side are useful for everyday cooking and yes the one above the propane tank doesn ’ t fold down but that ’s okay I don ’ t fold them down to begin with even with the cover. Grease management is a breeze and love that it ’s in the front and easy access from underneath. I have the cover and griddle mat which I strongly suggest. IF you want some kind of critique or one thing I wish was different. I wish the line for the propane was not directly up front and in the rear, kind of hidden, but that ’s purely cosmetic and does not affect a thing. I ’ m over it already. My buddies have a popular competitor griddle and it just looks small and not as well built as the Gridiron 36. Next up is buying some of the magnetic attachments. After every cook I think I verbally say to my wife I ’ m glad I chose Camp Chef again!

I like the fact that when you turn it on low, the temperature stays low as opposed to other brands that just keep getting hotter the longer it goes. Very even heating all across the surface. Our family has several stoves ranging in size for backpacking and kayaking to car camping to portable cooking for large crowds. This single burner is great by itself or in combo with a two burner or another single burner for weekend camping. You save the room on your picnic table and the power of this stove boils water in a jiffy for coffee and cooks up breakfast for six in a jiffy using the single burner griddle( sold separately) on medium low heat. We very rarely use our table top stoves anymore- the quality at 30k BTU output more than makes up for the added bulk if you have room. Get yourself a two burner with griddle and bbq box and save this one for pans and coffee making on an open flame so you do n't have to swap out accessories. You 'll be able to cook for the entire camp! We have a dedicated 5lb tank for this and it will last a week with regular cooking. I do n't give out five stars easily- this unit earns every single one.

The top drawer is stainless steel covered and when you open it is divided into organizing compartments. There is an area for a propane tank as well. The metal slit in the side table area is great for holding knives/flat utensils. It was fairly easy to build and has all the tools you need included. Use the whole cart to prep or place a griddle on the top. Versatile and a good investment for those that like to cook outdoors.

I purchased the Everest 2X based on feedback from other trip leaders in my non profit group. This stove works great for fast cooking for a group and our organization is using these stoves to replace Coleman stoves. I bought a laser heat gauge to fine tune the exact heat I want, and it works great. The control knobs maintain the exact heat I want. Clean- up is the best part of this griddle. Start to finish less than 10 minutes, including re- oil for next use. The steaks maintain the juice inside, unlike my old grill, where the juice fell through the grills. This stove is great it heats well, is compact, and is easy to use. I do wish the grate had a clip or something so it did n't slide out of the well when it's time for storage, but that is minor. We have it in a Plano box we use as a mess kit so once it is in there it's pretty secure. The only suggestion would be to put the knobs for the gas and the sparker on the same side. It's a little too wide with them on opposite sides to neatly store away. Otherwise I think this will be a great addition to our camp gear. We had no issues with the flame flickering in the light breezes we encountered. It seems that as long as you 're not cooking in a head on wind it would do well. Cooled down quickly, and packed away neatly. Thank you Coleman for offering American made products that are well built.

[ Upgraded from Koda 16. The extra space is a game changer. It makes cooking 12- 15 ” pizzas so much easier and it makes cooking 16- 20 ” pizzas possible. Love the independently adjustable burners on the sides. It does take longer to heat up the oven though.

[ Excellent pizza oven! We use it multiple times a week and the results are amazing. It heats up fast, keeps heat well even for cooking 3+ pizzas in close succession. The size is great for larger or multiple pizzas and an evenly cooked crust.

This thing is amazing so far. First time making neopolitan at home, used sourdough starter for dough. Oven was left on for almost 45 minutes on full blast but would n't get above 715F. After baking one pizza, the bottom was a little underdone, so I lowered the heat on both burners. After lowering both dials the oven some how cranked up to 760F and was rising. Idk what's up with that. Lowering it further then got the temp lower eventually. Also the right side reads 30- 50 degrees hotter than the left side when both dials were at the same setting. Either way I 'm excited to keep using this thing. It's a beast.

This grill was gifted to my mom many years ago. We use this as her grill for the house. It ’s easy to roll out of the way and store in garage. This grill has fed many family gatherings of over 20 people. The grill is so well used that the handles are now melted off and one of the grill plates are cracked and broken off. [ Some assembly required but well worth the effort, crack a beer and take you time this is your new smoker! Make sure you plan a burn off of the protective coating that is applied to interior metal part to protect against corrosion, this step is kinda buried in the manual. After these first few steps you are ready to create. This is truly plug and play. Lets admit it, most smokers work the same way, what sets this one apart and it major! is the ash clean out and the wood pellet dump. If you have ever had to shop vac out your smoker just before you are about to drop your dinner on the grill you 'll know the profanity my neighbors are treated to.( apologies) The ash clean out on this bad boy was a game changer. Do n't be cheap protect your smoker and buy the cover, yes you can park your rig under cover which helps, but the moisture in the air finds a way in. The cover will extend the life of your smoker and that itself has great value.

This is my 3rd camp chef dlx 24 I own. They all work great and would recommend to anyone. This 1 cost a little more than the other 2 and came with a little damage but nothing a rubber mallet could n't fix. I hope it last just as long as my other 2 if not longer. FYI my other 2 work fine I just had a mishap with pellets getting wet and jammed up auger but I cleared the jam and still works. Camp Chef is definitely my go to smoker/pellet grill in today's market.
