I replaced this chair with my unfomfortable one and so glad I did. Initially, the seat looks lower than the replaced chair, but it is actually a little taller. It only took a few minutes to put together. The pump worked much better than I expected. One pleasant surprise was the small amount of space it occupied. My back is not killing me at the end of the day. I was hesitant about leaning back, but there is total support. I have n't tried the exercises yet, but looking forward to keeping my body active while I am stuck at a desk.
