Works great and has pretty much everything you need besides leg attachments but can do squat and deadlifts so its not a necessary thing. Overall this Cage is amazing and very sturdy. Since I live locally, I was able to just drive up and pick it up myself. The build took me about 2 hours and overall it is high quality and very sturdy. It does n't wobble when I lift or do pull- ups and the optional Lat Pulldown attachment I ordered works great. My one gripe would be the. 8 inch holes that are drilled into the 2X2 tubing. Most standard accessories use 1 inch holes, so I 'll have to wait for Sunny Fitness to release additional attachments( dip bars, landmine, etc.) in the future in order to get more out of the product. _x000D_ _x000D_ Still, it's a great piece of equipment for the price.

What an unbelievable value. This rack is rated for 1000 lbs, has good space and feels very stable. The 1000 lbs capacity is more than plenty. I can work up to 400 lb deadlift, 280 squat, 220 bench press without any issues. I purchased the lat pull down attachment and have been very satisfied.

I 'm close to 250 and find that the rack is very sturdy. I can hang off the cables and the cage does n't feel like it will tip over.

It's very nice quality. There is no wobble or shake at all. The rack took me an hour to set up. The instructions are clear and I like to take the time to read the instructions carefully and make sure everything is tightened. The pull up bar feels good and I love that it can be adjusted. Due to covid I have been working out from past 2020 at home using just bumper plates, dumbbells and a barbell. I bought the Marcy Home Gym 7041 and I made the best choice since it can be used to do all the traditional work outs. The quality is excellent and all the safety rods are perfect to avoid injuries. I am extremely pleased with the Marcy Pro Smith Machine. The versatility allows for a full body workout. The assembly time was about 9 hours total with the bench. I recommend leaving all bolts loose until each part is assembled otherwise some parts may not align correctly. All in all, a good product and great value.

This cage is absolutely fantastic! I added the lat pull down attachment and my home gym is complete... for now. Good quality, very sturdy, no shaking once I got everything tightened. I bought this a few weeks back to finish my home gym. After having some hit and miss experiences with Ethos products in the past, I figured I 'd give them another shot for as attractive as this price is. Honestly, i was surprised at the quality and stability once i got it put together. It's comparable to some much more expensive half racks I 've used at commercial gyms, which was very impressive to me. Only reason I 'm not giving 5 stars is because the included J Hooks are terrible. They are extremely short and coated in rubber, which causes issues with both putting the bar into place safely, and the bar `` sticking '' on the rubber. I bought a replacement set of Yes4All 3x3( 1 inch hole) J Hooks off amazon for$ 40 which completely resolved this issue- feels way more like commercial hooks now. These also have a locking knob on the back that prevents the J Hook from moving making it way more stable as well. See pic I 've included of comparison. Since this was resolved as such a low price, it's not that big of a deal but definitely worth doing in my personal opinion. All in all, very happy with the purchase and would recommend to anyone looking for a half rack/ smaller rack for their home gym.
